Steve O'Dell is what a sales person should be, I was very apprehensive about getting another vehicle due to my past experiences with sales staff at other dealers in GP, but Steve put me at easy by not being pushy and focused on what i was looking for and not trying to sell me something i didn't need. He as well as the finance specialist Nikki were very professional as well as made buying a new vehicle fun and existing for the first time. I bought my truck from another dealer in town but very shortly after that started going to GP Chrysler for all my services due to the other dealerships lack of professionalism.
