Trade in and into new RAM Steve is the man!! Went into GP Chrysler the other day to get my RAM Rebel fixed under warranty. The air suspension crapped out which I guess happens in the cold. A coup Went into GP Chrysler the other day to get my RAM Rebel fixed under warranty. The air suspension crapped out which I guess happens in the cold. A couple of the dealers and the shop lady Dani was completely honest with me and admitted they were not for this northern weather. I decided to trade the rebel is for something without air suspension and sat down with Steve to figure something out. His non pushy approach was by far something I haven’t experienced buying in other dealerships. No one likes that guy that’s sitting there almost bugging you to buy. Steve was completely the opposite and could tell he was there to help me and nothing else. We figured out a trade in price and put me in a big horn with a price adjustment not much more then I was paying already. Asked to move over some upgrades from rebel to new truck and he was more then accommodating. If I buy another truck out here it will most defenatly be from Steve! More
