The finance manager told us that GM canada is "giving" us different warranties (eg. windshield,key remote,tire,paint, mechanical,etc.), but she charged us thousands of dollars for them with out telling us. When, we try to ask for a copy of the bill of sale, would not give us a copy and made an excuse that her copy machine is running out of toners. Now that we want to cancel all those warranties, they're giving us a run around and would not respond to our calls and emails. It took them 2 weeks to call us back and now almost a month and the warranties are not cancel yet. Horrible experience. More
