I couldn’t test drive the vehicle due to having my young kids with me. Instead, I relied on the thorough pre owned inspection sheet. I’m on the island so when I came over to pick it up, driving away immediately heard clunking over every bump. Shocks wallowed on the highway, and the power steering rack is shot - steering is stiff and will not return to centre. 0 accountability or solutions from GO auto group. Terrible dealership. More
Absolutely the worst experience ever, made me fly down and promised me there was zero damages on the car then when I show up the car is damaged up on every part of it, AND THE VEHICLE HAD FRAME DAMAGE abs and promised me there was zero damages on the car then when I show up the car is damaged up on every part of it, AND THE VEHICLE HAD FRAME DAMAGE absolutely the most garbage dealership, they knew it was a gift for my mother too but they still chose to put her safety at risk knowing it had frame damage when even the techs would have clearly saw it. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE More
They lied about being authorized by my warranty when they took my car in to do diagnostics. They then misquoted me $13k to replace the entire engine… wanted to order the part and just pull and replace the e took my car in to do diagnostics. After having it towed to an authorized repair shop, I found out it was just the starter. Despite their misstep this dealership STILL charged me for their INCORRECT diagnostics. They were rude on the phone and not pleasant to deal with at all during a stressful situation. I will never return there and I do not recommend them at all. More

Do not deal with this dealership. It has been over a month that I’ve been calling about an overcharge, and I still have not received my refund. I was told several times that the money It has been over a month that I’ve been calling about an overcharge, and I still have not received my refund. I was told several times that the money was sent to the bank, but nothing ever showed up. The finance manager even asked me to email proof of the overcharge, which I did immediately, but I never heard back. He stopped answering my calls, and every time I contacted the dealership, I was given different and conflicting answers. First they said the refund was already sent, then later admitted it wasn’t sent at all and that I had to wait longer. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I am still waiting for my money. More

Went in for an issue with my music playing cutting in and out and not connecting at all. They said there were two codes they reset seemed ok for about half a day and now it’s doing it again. Going to call a out and not connecting at all. They said there were two codes they reset seemed ok for about half a day and now it’s doing it again. Going to call a different dealership and I won’t go back to go north Surrey. On another good note Edward is amazing he was compassionate and understanding. More
