WORST experience ever Me and my fiance went in looking for a second vehicle all was well up until the day we were supposed to get the vehicle. They were supposed to swap out the winter tires for the all seasons but left the winters on. Gave us the car with a cracked windshield. told us they'd deliever the car and ended up having to get a friend to drive us to pick it up. AND LASTLY THEY DIDN'T EVEN DETAIL IT..ended up finding piles of garbage stuffed under the seat. Just very unhappy with how the dealership handled everything. ALSO the lack of communication between the staff members. I had to tell the sales guy the finance manager and the lady who helped us in finance that i wanted to recommend off my go card to get the 500 on my card.. took 3 times for someone to add it to my file. Also when the car was supposed to even be ready still wasn't for a day. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY not costumer quality WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALER THAT'S FOR SURE. More

Don't waste your time requesting a quote l was a Shopping for a 2017 Murano. After requesting an Online quote from Nissan's own website l was referred to this dealership. Melody emailed me al l was a Shopping for a 2017 Murano. After requesting an Online quote from Nissan's own website l was referred to this dealership. Melody emailed me almost immediately and asked me to come in. When I returned her email asking for the price the website promised me she started asking questions l had already provided. This went back and forth a few times but I never got the quote. What a waste of time. If they don't want to give that information out then they shouldn't pretend otherwise. I certainly won't be buying from Go Nissan North. More
Fear mongering Brought my Murano in for an oil change. I brought my own Mobil 1 synthetic oil and a Fram filter. When Shauna saw the fram filter she gasped and said Brought my Murano in for an oil change. I brought my own Mobil 1 synthetic oil and a Fram filter. When Shauna saw the fram filter she gasped and said I was taking a huge risk by not using a Nissan filter. She said there is a chance the filter will collapse because the engine has oil pressure. Secondly she added that itis a myth to believe that synthetic oil extends your oil change intervals. Does she really believe that load of crap or has she been coached to lie like that?? Some folks might buy it, but I will never go back! More

Excellent service! Went into Nissan to get an oil change I wasn't to impressed with the service considering I have extended warranty and they wanted me to pay. I don't know if he was part of management of not having him in management would probably make it a much better company he has great customer service. More

What a Joke I booked my 2015 Nissan Murano into the shop on Monday 02rd January 2017 as I received a letter from Nissan Canada informing my that there was a reca I booked my 2015 Nissan Murano into the shop on Monday 02rd January 2017 as I received a letter from Nissan Canada informing my that there was a recall on my vehicle as there could be a fault with the ABS actuator. No problem. I sat and waited for 2 hours then was informed that they didn't have the part I needed and had to get the part delivered from Calgary and it would arrive the following day. I informed Graham that I would like a loaner vehicle as I work night shift. I received a loaner Vehicle. The dealership phoned my at 1130hrs on the Tuesday, even though I informed them to ring me after 3 pm to say my vehicle was ready.. The dealership were driving my vehicle to my home when they noticed a warning light come on the dashboard. They informed me that the part they fitted was faulty and needed to order another one. Thursday 05th at 3 30pm I thought I would phone the service department to find out what was happening with my vehicle. Curtis the service department manager informed me that the part they fitted was not faulty but they now have a problem with the instrument cluster saying there is a fault with the vehicle. Curtis informed me that I could have to wait up to 4 weeks to get a new one fitted as there aren't any in Canada. I asked to keep the loaner as I did not want to drive my vehicle with a warning light on not noing if anything else was going wrong with it. Curtis said this was not possible ,even though my vehicle was working fine when I took it in and now after them tampering with it I could be driving an unsafe vehicle. They messed up up my vehicle which has less than 12000km and I'm not happy. More
Frustrating but overall redeemed I am editing this review because the management team is working to help us deal with the frustrations we've had. We bought a used Murano from this dealership a few weeks ago. Our salesperson appeared to be new to the job and did not always seem to know what was going on with the car. When we went to pick up the vehicle a day after it was supposed to be ready, we had to wait around for four hours. We also had to take it in for repairs immediately after driving it off the lot. At one point a loaner was being dropped off at our house, and our sales rep never called us to tell us it would be four hours late. She did not update us on the status of the car; rather we repeatedly had to contact the dealership to see how the repairs were going and when the car would be ready. It took ten days after we purchased the vehicle to finally have it in satisfactory working condition. On top of everything, I just put winter tires on the vehicle, and the service workers at Kal Tire told me the all-seasons the car came with were almost totally bare. They recommended I do not put them back on the vehicle as they would not safely last another summer. The dealer did put $500 on our Go Auto account to put towards all-season tires come Spring. This helps but is still frustrating as we have had to return to the dealer often for issues that should have been guaranteed with the purchase of the vehicle. I will say that Shawn in finance was absolutely amazing to deal with and that the staff working in the service department were very friendly and helpful. More
