Sophear and Aaren are fantastic to work with. They are both very pleasant people and their customer service is real, not phony. There was another older gentleman whom sold my daughter in law her vehicle and he just comes off as very phony and a fake person. I made sure I didn't go to him even though I was referred to him. He never followed up with my daughter in law after she spent more than $70,000 on a Pathfinder. I even over heard him telling another sales person that I was a waste of his time. All because I dare ask him lots of questions about the vehicle and wanted options. He is lucky I did not escalate it to his superiors as this kind of stuff should never be said about a customer who is willing to spend thousands of dollars on their vehicle. I am glad I came across Sophear when I was in for service to get my flat tire repaired. His knowledge, patience, and kindness is exactly what car buyers deserve. He is definitely an asset here and I recommend seeing him. More
