Disappointed I purchased a new mazda 3 hatchback a few months ago from weber mazda. When I picked up my car is was disappointed in the detail department. They wash I purchased a new mazda 3 hatchback a few months ago from weber mazda. When I picked up my car is was disappointed in the detail department. They washed it but there was still dirty spots all over the car and dust on the dash. When I told the salesman he went and wiped it down. But it was still dirty. If I didn't drive 6 hours to get my car is would of made them re-detail it. I was told after filing a complaint that the dealership would be contacting me. But 2 months later I still haven't heard from them. Also when I arrived to pick my car up navigation was supposed to be installed. But it wasn't and they said I didn't order it. But when we told them they are going to lose the deal they quickly put it in. More

Service department takes advantage of young women My family owns four Mazdas and have them all serviced at a Mazda dealer in Courtenay BC. We love the cars and get great service. When my young daughte My family owns four Mazdas and have them all serviced at a Mazda dealer in Courtenay BC. We love the cars and get great service. When my young daughter moved to Edmonton she needed a replacement screw to hold her front license plate to the bumper after a small accident. The service advisor told her that she would need a special bolt that would cost $130 that would need to come from Vancouver. She was skeptical, so she waited until a visit back to Courtenay - where the Mazda service department there gave her a screw (not a special bolt) for free - and couldn't believe the story. She will need to get lots of work done in Edmonton on her car, but if she will be cheated over a screw, what would the dealer do when expensive repairs are needed? We will try another Mazda dealer in Edmonton for honest repairs- and so should you! More
Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Tried to buy brand new car this winter (2016) from them. When I describe my experience to friends who used to buying new cars everyone gets amazed. Tried to buy brand new car this winter (2016) from them. When I describe my experience to friends who used to buying new cars everyone gets amazed. 1) During negotiation process sales were "forgetting" the numbers from previous days quite easily. Had to bring all paperwork and printed emails with me to stay on track. 2) For some reason they didn't want to take full down payment when we signed preliminary agreement (handwritten list of accessories & b/w payment numbers). As a result I was supposed to take a delivery & sign the contract on the same day. 3) First question I heard after stepping in was whether I had license plate and insurance with me. Which told me right away that manager had no idea of what was going on (no delivery, no signed contract at that point). 4) Sales took me to the car before going to financial. And on the car that was being sold as new (11km, $30K+) we found: - quarter size dent on a door with paint chipped all the way to the metal; - two deep scratches to the metal on the hood; - half a dozen other scratches on chrome and paint, plastic on the steering wheel; - some damage on the bumper that they didn't fix before putting 3M on (I saw grey marks on the paint, but couldn't feel them with my fingers). 5) After that they seemed surprised that I didn't want to go to financial and take delivery of the car. 6) Later manager told me that it would be another week to fix the car, but refused to negotiate $600 "dealer prep" fee because "car integrity was not compromised". 7) Since manager confirmed by email that I could still pull up my $500 deposit I did exactly that next morning. Extra star for this. 8) Talked about my offer with the competition (my union has a deal with go auto), 3 other dealers had no problems matching it and adding a bunch of bonuses on top - been enjoying my car for 3 months already.
