I went in to Go Mazda today (01/25/24) to look at a Mazda CX-5. I am in the market for a new SUV and it crossed off all the boxes I needed. I arrived and was greeted by Keith, who seemed friendly enough. I told him what I was looking for and what my budget was. He brought the CX-5 around so I could test-drive it. We set off and through the whole drive, he did not explain any features of the car to me, did not point out any "cool features" and just did not try to sell it at all. When we returned to the dealership and before we got out of the car I told him that I was not looking to buy today but wanted to run some numbers so I knew what I was looking at. His attitude changed very fast. He no longer seemed helpful or like he cared. Instead of running any numbers, he showed me the website, which I had already looked at and used to calculate a rough monthly cost, and without even putting in my down payment hovered over the pricing option that says "$0 down, 84 months, $250ish bi-weekly". Offered no additional information, didn't show me what the cost would be, features included, nothing. When there was no immediate sale he stopped caring. I checked reviews before going here and was hesitant, but glad I did my research. I would not recommend this dealership. Poor attitudes and unprofessional staff. More

I would give zero starts if I was able. We had a miserable experience with this dealer and their sketchy business practices. My son bought an new car from them in June. As a new grad from University he was entitled to a manufacturer rebate of $500. At the time of sale they said it would be paid directly from Mazda and that the cheque would be mailed. Five months went by and no rebate despite two submissions of transcripts. I called Mazda directly and within a day the dealership was in contact saying they would mail out a cheque which they did. Interestingly the cheque was from the dealership, not Mazda. I discussed this with a friend who is a Kia dealer and he laughed and confirmed my suspicion that the dealership had pocketed the rebate. Wow! Don't expect this dealership to honour all in pricing rules either. We responded to an advert and went to buy the car which they refused to sell at the advertised price and instead charged an extra $2k for what was essentially a block heater. Luckily I suspected this would happen and took a screen shot of the advertisement prior to visiting the dealership. After they refused to honour it we left the dealer and within 5 minutes the advert had been changed adding $4.5k to the price of the vehicle. Given current inventory levels and the fact that they were the only ones with the car that was wanted we reluctantly paid the extra $2k and are now waiting for the results of what should be a cut and dry complaint with AMVIC. Buyer beware! More

Utterly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and ethics at this location. This is a very dishonest dealership which in itself isn’t surprising considering the overall stereotype associated with your average dealerships. There was no full breakdown of costs (interest,etc) provided, surprising considering the overall stereotype associated with your average dealerships. Crazy how an inspection at the dealership was being quoted at $600.They also included a fee for $1200 in case you ever lost your key fob. The pressure to sign a piece of paper with a number and no official cost breakdown was hilarious and I tried so hard not to laugh. The desperation from the sales man and sales manager was a complete turn off and I decided it was time to go. Don’t go here this dealership is shady as xxxx and I could see red flags from the second I started the negotiation process. Thank God I followed my gut. More

Visited the dealership on Apr 30th, the dealer had 2023 CX-5 Sport that I wanted on the lot, still in factory plastic. The price listed on the dealer's website was at MSRP, when the time came to buy, I was CX-5 Sport that I wanted on the lot, still in factory plastic. The price listed on the dealer's website was at MSRP, when the time came to buy, I was offered to pay for "mandatory options" $7000. Here is the breakdown of the "mandatory options": $2000 for block heater, all weather mats, splash guards and wheel locks; $2500 for 3M film; $2500 for rust proofing. I know for the fact that 2023 CX-5 whole under-body is covered with plastic for noise elimination and elements protection, my question to the dealer what are they going to rust proof for $2500? Plastic??? I walked. More

Can I give less than 1*? Car advertised for $11820. Went in to purchase but was told purchase price was $14711. When we showed them the ad online they took 20 minutes to Car advertised for $11820. When we showed them the ad online they took 20 minutes to themselves and came back with: Price $11820 Full tank of gas$80, window etching$nominal, keyless xx(?) and cleaning the vehicle $1780. Interest rate to finance 11% So 20% more for the car and near double the interest rate. The slime all mgr finally met face to face and unapologetically told me this is normal. What makes me the most sad is that there are people this dishonest in the world. Kevin was a super nice guy and he deserves better than working for that slithering waste. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE! More
