He was sympathetic to my situation (context; my vehicle was in a collision with an uninsured driver and I was out money), and he was very knowledgeable, both with details of the vehicle and the financing, and he offered useful support. He has a picture of his family in his office. I can tell he loves them based on the tone of his voice when he talked about them. He asked me about my family, my holiday plans, and it led to a conversation that I ACTUALLY enjoyed (hence the phrase 'unusually positive'). When I followed up a two weeks later to pick up a document, Solomon took the time to have a conversation with me about my satisfaction, and this led to a more meaningful discussion about family, Christmas, how his daughter plays guitar (I am a guitar teacher). In my experience, Solomon was compassionate, capable, clear, concise, personable, knowledgeable, genuine, hard-working and friendly. He really did go all out by taking the time to get to know me and that changed my perspective on car-salesmen in general. I highly recommend Solomon, I can say with confidence that you will be a satisfied customer, and you might just make a friend at the same time! More
