He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to vehicle specs, helpful with all of my questions, and willing to go the extra mile to explain how to use all the new features... and available to answer any questions even in the days after purchasing the vehicle. He was honest, straightforward, and patient making the car-buying experience easy and exciting. Krista was also supportive and respectful through the paperwork process. She presented me with all the additional warranty and long-term care options, answered my questions, was honest with her opinions, but didn't make me feel pressured to stray outside my budget.
