"Great service experience"

Had to do my regular maintenance at this dealership. They communicate by phone or text. They have great customer service. They reminded me that my car detailing was available and also my locking wheel nuts we to be put on. Gave me free loaner for 2 days. And sent me a video from the technician working on my car to my email inbox. Got me a fair price on my winter tires, rims and tires storage. From the moment I dropped off the key to picking up my car they were very polite. Went out of their way to make me happy. Got better service here than any previous car companies I've purchased from. I'm very happy.

"Customer service like no other"

The dealership really cares about customer service. Regardless of any flaws there is. They always strive to help out the customer in any way possible. All their staff are friendly and welcoming. I own more than one vehicle from other dealerships, and I can say gokia south is by far the best.

I bought a used car through Go Kia South a couple of years ago and the salesperson was fantastic (though he isn't there anymore). The financing portion and getting promises of credit on my Go Card were a bit frustrating and required several follow-ups, but the service since that hiccup has been excellent. I've been bringing my car for servicing and bought tires through them and every visit is a pleasure. They get me booked in very fast,are flexible, and staff are all very pleasant and professional. I will continue to see them for servicing and will likely see them for my next car purchase. Highly recommend for servicing, generally recommend for sales.

Kia South was able to get my Sorento in without an appointment as I needed a tire replaced on short notice (was going out of town next day). The service department was accommodating, had the repair done quickly and at the price quoted. Very satisfied with my experience.

"Bought a vehicle only to have it break down twice six months"

I purchased a vehicle in June. I got the protective package on it and spilled a liquid on the seats a few weeks later to have it seep in and stain the seats. I don't believe it was done. When I talked to the go kia supervisor, he was condescending and rude. However, they did do the package again which I'm grateful for. I was driving less then six months after my purchase, it kept stalling and it was burning. My clutch was destroyed. I have two vehicles that are manual. My mechanic said if it was me who wrecked it, i would have tyre sane issue with my other vehicle. It was ruined before purchased and should have been caught upon purchase. This is according to my mechanic. When I got it replaced, I thought my mechanic messed up as it seemed way different. It turns out I've Been driving with it broken the entire time. It stalled on the test drive and we brought it up to the sakes associate who assured us it was looked into and everything is ok. I live out of town. Christmas day in minus 20 degree weather, itt stalled in the middle of the highway and wouldn't start again leaving my baby and I freezing in 45 minutes out of town. I bought this car because it was supposed to be a reliable vehicle. I bought it from go auto as they are supposed to be reputable. I do not recommend go auto to anyone. I don't believe they are being accountable for problems with their vehicles. I believe they sell vehicles that do not work properly and do not check them like they say they do. I bought a lemon of a vehicle and feel very jaded by the car industry. And then advantage of.

I have spoken to managers. The last conversation I had with someone was a service guy. He said that if I'm not going to pay, I can just pick up my vehicle after I explained everything to him. My vehicle is still there as I lice out of town. I've had no car since christmas day. One service guy Said they looked at it and nothing is wrong then the next guy said that it hasn't even been touched. A vehicle should not have this many problems after only six months. I'm scared to drive it with my infant. And who knows what will go next.

I haven't heard from anyone. My partner went there and there was nobody from service ado he looked at the vehicle. Still uncertain as to why it just died mid driving but he noticed that the timing belt looks like it's ready to snap. The girl at the counter looked up when it was done last and it was only done when put together. So, not only did go auto sell me a vehicle that had the clutch failing already but a timing belt that was overdue. Is this really how the business is run? He left the vehicle there. We don't feel safe driving it. I paid way too much for this vehicle even without the problems but I felt ok with that as I trusted go auto. That is why I didn't just go on kijiji and buy from just anyone. Now, I not only paid way too much but also paid an additional two grand for the clutch and whatever a timing belt is going to cost. I don't have the money and also don't feel like I should have to pay so much after just buying it. This is not right.

Hi there. Somebody did contact us and all that ended up happening was that the service guy argued with my boyfriend on the phone about how Go Kia should not be liable for these things that are breaking down as we have used it for six months. There is no reason a timing belt should be done along with a clutch that bad and whatever else is wrong with it only after six months. If this were the case, we should have been notified before. I feel like I am just wasting my time with Go Kia and am going to need to go to Amvic to get this sorted. Either that, or I am willing to sell the vehicle back for what I paid. I will include the clutch change that costed me $1850 and the protection plan that costed me about $1300. If Go Kia is not willing to buy it back, that tells me that they are not willing to stand by their product that they are expecting me to drive away with my infant in. I want it all in writing then as to why Go Kia will not buy it back. Please do not send me any more service guys that would rather argue then help.

Car wouldn't start and the ESC-off light wouldn't turn off, so I took the car into Kia for a diagnostic. They charged me $340 for just diagnosing the issue. This is just robbing your loyal customers. Needless to say, this is last time I'll be going back for anything.

Hello, thanks for your response. After looking at this review again, I do think that I did rate some aspects unfairly. For example, since my vehicle is still in the dealer shop, I shouldn't have rated the quality of work yet. I will adjust the rating later if necessary. However, the very high price of the service has left me with an overall negative experience. Just diagnosing the issue cost more than $340! I later found out from other mechanics that this is an extremely high just a diagnostic. You can reach me at 780-886-8153 if you would like. Regards.

I had a vehicle booked for tire change and maintenance and quoted $360 but when I came in they told me it actually needed the next level of service which came to$650 so I was a little unprepared. However I appreciated that they were keeping tabs on what needed doing.
