Gave me the bill of sale after 3 months so too late to fix. I will meet them on September to fix these messed. Signatures are different from one another. I didn’t sign for 54k worth of CRV 2022 sport the price originally 42k and MR MICHAEL are the one who pick up the car from go Honda to St. Albert drove to go Honda Edmonton coz I thought it’s gonna me cheap on my side 42k. But it went up to 58k in total plus extras key fob and I never ask for diamond what so ever they put on my bill. More
Went into pick up parts today and barely missed a collison with two Go Honda employee's driving a Audi. The lady driving was speeding and the salesmen just waved at me. They have a very terrible finance, they tried to sell something to us. They are very pushy or adamant and disrespectful, I decided not to continue the purchase and I asked my deposit back, the manager an something to us. Terrible sales representatives barely knows what he's doing. Very aggressive and rude assistant manager. When we asked him for the best offer he got very aggressive and said I have no offers for you. They would not give our down-payment back after us finding out that they didn't approve us first about financing... they took our down-payment as a deposit but we specified it was our down-payment and finding out that they didn't approve us first about financing... they took our down-payment as a deposit but we specified it was our down-payment and they never verified we needed to put a deposit down on the vehicle. After we paid the down-payment then we found out that we were still being approved for financing and took them the third day to actually say we are close to approving... and asking for all the specific verifications to authorize my approval for financing... and when we went back finally the 3 day to get our down-payment back; they kept pushing and saying that they have the approval just need another hour; and after the hour, they tried to ask for more verifications. After couple hours, we went back for the down-payment and the manager came out and said that he can waive the last verifications and we can take the vehicle... so after all this time of us initially verifying income and everything and taking us in circles;they has approval for everything but with held it from us... and then said we couldn't have the down-payment back... and sent us to file a report claim.. when we went back to the dealership to get our down-payment; they were so unprofessional about it, and we were spoken to as if we didn't understand anything. They spoke to us infront if the receptionist desk and kept going back to their offices as a group to discuss their options just because they wanted to keep our down-payment. Our personal financial situation was basically discussed out in the open where all their other potential customers could hear.. felt so exposed. Very unprofessional. More

Avoid at all costs. What they say up front then behind after the deal is 2 different things. Made the sale traded in my daughter's vehicle. That the tires were part of the deal...which it never was. Told the salesman leo when I handed the keys to let me know when it was switched over and I would pick them up. Vp Shane told me to pound sand and file with amvic and see if they will do something. Avoid go honda west Shane mark and Leo. Apparently stealing from a teenager is the best business practice.
