Took it on a test drive and it seemed to run and drive fine, we ended up paying cash and buying the truck. Within the first month we've had numerous check engine lights pop up and need a new thermostat, catalytic converter, and have a misfire we need to get diagnosed. I could see one issue popping up after purchase but this many so quickly makes me very suspicious that they knew about all this and were hiding them. Not impressed. I would hope that a dealership with integrity would be willing to at least help with these repairs since we haven't even had the vehicle for 30 days yet. More

Do not trust the inspections done by this dealership, and do not expect them to be up front with the work that needs to be done on the used vehicle you’re buying. They will not phone you back after the sale do not expect them to be up front with the work that needs to be done on the used vehicle you’re buying. They will not phone you back after the sale is finished. We bought a used truck in good shape for the year. We were told they did a full inspection and the only non-compliant part was the broken windshield. When we test drove it, the brakes had a delayed reaction. The carfax showed it needed to have recall repairs on the brakes that Go Honda couldn’t do. We were willing to deal with the recall, but asked them to look at the brakes again, because we wouldn’t take it unless they were better. We were told they changed the calipers and put in new brake pads by the sales manager. They were better, but not great, but we agreed to take it knowing the recall work would probably fix it. We also noticed the one headlight had moisture, but we’re okay with dealing with it on our own. During negotiations they tried to upsell their limited/weak warranty for $1699. We declined, because it was short term and wouldn’t cover the things we saw as potential issues. The truck only came with one key, they told us because it’s used. We’ve bought used vehicles before and always received the second key. After finishing the deal, we headed home (2hours away). We were 30 minutes from the dealership when the air conditioner broke. We phoned the dealership right away, they said a manager would call in two days, it’s been a week and there hasn’t been a call. In the meantime we took it to our mechanic. We had to put in a new air conditioner and a new radiator because it was leaking. The radiator should have been noticed during the dealerships inspection. The calipers were new, the brake pads were not, so they lied to us. We also had to do a deep clean and found cigarette butts under the seats, etc. In total, we’ve had to invest about $3000 into the vehicle. I don’t expect a dealership to eat the total cost, but we probably still would’ve bought the vehicle and attempted to negotiate a better deal or walked away if we couldn’t. Salesmen need to be honest, or the laws in Alberta need to change to protect consumers from shady dealerships. We already know we’re buying used, you don’t have to ruin your reputation as a salesman or dealership because you think lying to a consumer is okay. More
Salesman was fine, dealership wanted to add extra fees onto final sales price. Then all that extra protection packages on top was overwhelming. onto final sales price. Then all that extra protection packages on top was overwhelming. More
I purchased two 2025 Honda Civic Hybrids from Rob Victoria. Rob is the nicest salesperson I have ever dealt with. His kind hearted demeanor makes him an ideal salesperson. He is honest, doesn’t press Victoria. Rob is the nicest salesperson I have ever dealt with. His kind hearted demeanor makes him an ideal salesperson. He is honest, doesn’t pressure, and is very knowledgeable of the Honda product. I will send all my family and friends to Rob and highly recommend him to anyone ready this review. Buying a vehicle is stressful, Rob made it fun. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the VP of Go Honda, Shane Sutherland, dealing with Shane added to the professionalism, trustworthiness and integrity of this excellent dealership. Shane defines integrity and honesty. I’m buying all future vehicles from this dealership, based on the two people mentioned, More
