My whole experience with this dealership has been horrendous. Starting with reception who could use a course in customer service. The first time driving at night ( 2 days after picking it up) I noticed my fog light was burned out, I called the dealership and was told it passed safety inspection so they are not responsible. As a senior I feel I have been taken advantage of and have suffered extreme stress with this transaction, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Bought a used truck from this dealership and were continually told that there was nothing wrong with this truck. Took it on a test drive and it seemed to run and drive fine, we ended up paying cash a continually told that there was nothing wrong with this truck. Within the first month we've had numerous check engine lights pop up and need a new thermostat, catalytic converter, and have a misfire we need to get diagnosed. I could see one issue popping up after purchase but this many so quickly makes me very suspicious that they knew about all this and were hiding them. Not impressed. I would hope that a dealership with integrity would be willing to at least help with these repairs since we haven't even had the vehicle for 30 days yet. More
