Kim (Sales Manager) called me and I am updating my review of Go Dodge Surrey due to the excellent service and massive apology I received this morning. Kim (Sales Manager) called me and was lovely. She took it upon herself to fix every single thing as well as go above and beyond and offered me a full tank of gas and a credit for my first oil change. They are replacing my windshield, fixing the scratch and giving it a proper detail. I'm impressed by their follow up and action due to some bad communication. They have also implemented a new message system at the dealership so that no messages from clients are missed. Thank you for your professionalism!! More

Amazing! Last August we got a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 from here and had such an amazing experience with everyone. Today we bought our second vehicle from there and again the experience was amazing! We traded in our 2014 for a brand new 2016 Dodge Ram 1500! Corey was our salesman and he went above and beyond to get us what we wanted! The staff at Go Auto are excellent and do everything in their power to make sure their customers are happy with their purchase. DON'T GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!! I have to give you some background before I can tell you the final act that prompted this poor review. We are traveling and took our Dodge in for an o I have to give you some background before I can tell you the final act that prompted this poor review. We are traveling and took our Dodge in for an oil change. When they told us we needed $1,500 worth of repairs to our front end we were skeptical but because we are hauling a 12000 pound camper decided to be safe rather than sorry. My husband called a dealer in Washington for a comparison pricing. They were about the same price but the dealer said it would take a week to get the part. Go Dodge said they would have the part the next day so we decided to have them do the repair. The part from the manufacturer did not arrive but an after-market part did. They installed that part. It's now been 2 days. They were kind enough to offer a shuttle service but unfortunately it was three hours before they picked us up to go get our truck that was finished. So we arrived after service closed, picked up our truck, and as we drove out of the parking lot heard a noise from the front end that was supposedly fixed. Because service was closed we had to return the next day. They said oh it has air in the lines just needs to be bled off. By the time my husband gets back to the campground the noise is back. He returns and they tell him it's a bad part. Now supposedly the manufacturer's part that was only going to take a day to arrive, even though it's been three, is still on its way. Now we have to rent a car, because it's Friday and it probably won't be fixed until Monday and continue to pay the campground. In fairness, they paid for the car rental but we had to pay $30 a day for insurance because we're from the states. Monday rolls around and low and behold the part doesn't arrive until late so they don't start on the truck but assure us they will start on it first thing Tuesday morning. They open at 8 and it should only take about an hour. So here's what prompted this review, we didn't receive a call so we are expecting that the truck will be finished when promised. My husband arrives just after 10 am, after returning the rental car, and is told that the technician that was going to do the job had a class they weren't aware of so they are waiting for another technician to finish what he is doing and then he will start on our truck. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? They are either incompetent or liars, either way I wouldn't even recommend them to my enemy's (if I had any ;). At this point we don't have the truck back yet, it's after 1, so I can't tell you if they have actually repaired it correctly this time. Bottom line, so far they've cost us over $400. in campground and rental car fees in addition to the $1500. repair. The one positive experience was the young lady, Joanne, at the desk that handles checking out customers and the loaner cars, she was a gem! More

The service center also couldn't do a oil change properly on it after my first oilchnage the car started leaking oil All over my drive way they said it was resiual oil fRon oilchnage but I looked and it seemed like leaking from filter. Just a shady bunch of typical dealer would recommend going somewhere else. Also the life time engine.warranty.is bs More

Used 2014 200 Had mentioned during the purchase that the car was out of alignment and noted that the inspection report confirmed my findings during the test drive. I was told by my salesman to book the car into service. When I arrived at service at 7:45 am the service coordinator informed that I would have to pay the 170 for a four wheel alignment. I informed him that this should be covered as it was an issue from the date of purchase. The service coordinator then informed me that I had hit a curb or a pothole and they had no way of knowing if I had done it or it was like that from the start. I was then informed to go talk to my salesman. Why didn't the service coordinator look after this and communicate with my salesman and look after me guess that would require customer service skills. I am not a morning person and dont take well to being called a liar. I took all my strength to not go off on the service coordinator. I took the car to discount tire where I have always gone for alignments, they do very good work at reasonable 89.00 for a 4 wheel computer laser alignment. I think this dealer did attempt to fix the alignment problem and had not a clue or the correct equipment to fix the issue correctly. More
A few terrible experiences . Replaced front bumper there. It took 2 weeks for the bumper to arrive, get painted and installed. ICBC paid over $4,000 for this job. They installe . It has huge gaps around the headlights. I pays $ 300 more to install second bumper! Another - the power on the output in the trunk dissipated. It took them 3 h to check and I was offered to book an service appointment cause they can't find the problem! It took me 5 min to search on youtube and figure out there is a second fuse box inside the cabin. 1 fuse was burnt!!! Last one - I went there 2 weeks ago because of a clicking noise from the front suspension. I was told the brakes need to be replaced with upgraded brakes, covered by the warranty. Than they have to order the parts! really? Dodge dealership with no brakes in stock! Than a second visit. My car stayed for 2 days there only to be told my car VIN is not eligible for update! really? a year old car, purchased from your lot? in return I was offered brakes maintenance for $150! not even pads to be replaced! just clean them from any dust and lubricate! Ridiculous. I went for suspension issues and at the end was offered brakes maintenance! On a 20K car! I'll never go there again! Not even for oil change! More

The salesman Travis Clackson had promised a $500 Costco card but he reneged. In a very telling demonstration of his lack of integrity he chose to tell me by email. Quite weasely even for a car salesman. I would tell you that they beat the drum of how they are different than other dealers but they are the same, liars and cowards. I will never set foot at their facility again and I would warn any other consumer to steer clear unless you want be lied to. More
