Found a listing for a 2012 Kia Soul on CarGurus for this dealership. Sent them an email and was messaged back by Raj. On arrival, car was damaged which was unknown to me prior to arriving, they wouldn't cover cost for any repairs and offer to repair was ambiguous until further questioned unfortunately. Bought the car without dealer repairs (bought as is). Pros: - I am very happy with the way the purchase went, there was NO hidden fees for administration or anything, no increase in price when i decided not to finance and paid in full cash. Unlike other dealers their purchasing was straight forward and honest. - As well, no extremely long and convoluted liability form to sign when wanting to take a vehicle for a test drive. - Sales Manager and Finance Manager did not try anything shady or immoral and both treated me with respect - All staff was very friendly and were genuinely interested in helping in any ways possible. Raj even came in on his day off to show me the car when i even told him i would not purchase that day. - Team was well coordinated and once i made decision to purchase the whole procedure did not take long or was over complicated. Cons: - Unfortunately the Dealership has a LOT of potholes so be wary driving personal vehicle in or out. As well i imagine many vehicles that are test driven often have hit many potholes. - They only accept $5000 from credit (any combined cards as well so 5k total from credit) so dont forget this as i did lol and have to make another trip to the bank to get cash out. He had the truck less than 3 months and the engine blew while he was working up North. He had to find someone to flatbed it home. Nothing was covered under warranty and he had to pay 20,000+ for a new engine, which took him 6 months to collect via borrowing. He’s 23, was using this vehicle to build his credit and obviously couldn’t use the truck his work. Everyone he has dealt with in this dealership has been useless. Now the loan company is after him for payments for a truck he JUST fixed and the engine HAD to pay for with CASH, since he was not able to get any further loans. He’s tried making payment arrangements with them for the 15 but they are still hounding him and those on the application. If he didn’t buy a new engine, he was stuck paying for a truck that he didn’t even have. We are going so be filing claims with AMVIC. I would use extreme caution buying anything from this company, especially if you’re just starting out or trying to build your credit. What has been done is completely unethical and consumers need to take caution when dealing with them. More

Had a very poor experience with this Go Auto location. I wanted a specific vehicle and was dealing with him via email. We made what I thought was a deal contingent on a test drive (we live out of town) bu I wanted a specific vehicle and was dealing with him via email. We made what I thought was a deal contingent on a test drive (we live out of town) but then he stopped emailing with me. When I began texting him he said he could not 100% guarantee he could give me the deal we agreed to. I was quite angry with him so complained to the dealership. Despite showing them the emails (which language they twisted) the sales manager refused to honour the deal we had made. The deal was basically a ploy to make us drive the 1 1/2 hours and squeeze us for more than what we wanted to pay. Will not deal with this dealership again. I am warning everyone I know to stay away from them as well. More
