In fact, my previous experience with dealerships had been so negative that it had been years since I had any regular maintenance done by any dealer. That all changed today! I will be going back to Georgetown Toyota to have all my service done. Heather was extremely helpful as my main contact person, and she took great care of me. She also got my 2005 Prius into the skilled hands of Victor Santos, who did excellent, quality work. My car drives like she did when she was new! Thanks for everything, Heather and Victor: you both went above and beyond the call of duty. I'll be back... ;-) More

Alfredo is a consummate professional, highly knowledgeable with a very warm and welcoming vibe. The detailing team did an amazing job! Overall, my experience was memorable in particular Alfredo’s desire to build a relationship and a sincere desire to “win” my ongoing service/detailing business. Well Georgetown… YOU WIN! ? Today’s experience was OUTSTANDING especially due to the “sticky challenge” I presented to the Service and Detailing Team(s). The passenger side, front hood and roof were covered in tree sap from the blue spruce in front of my home! No pushy sales talk, no pressure for stuff I didn't need or want, just honest answers and when I said no thanks, that was respected! Although Nick is relatively new to this business, I see a promising successful career for him, if he holds onto his excellent customer service skills. He made me feel like I mattered. Nick was very attentive to any questions and even my subsequent silly questions after my sale, he never made me feel stupid but answered my questions.
