Dealership is a fraud, I guess they can’t afford the payments on the new building. So they try to rip of young people such as myself. Myself and my girlfriend leased a vehicle, then asked for lease prot payments on the new building. So they try to rip of young people such as myself. Myself and my girlfriend leased a vehicle, then asked for lease protection. The lady there showed us the price as $3000!! I knew there was a issue with that price seeing as I lease a brand new Audi as well and that lease protection was $1200.... after talking back and forth we settled on $2000 for the protection (still and insane price) later went on to a different Kia dealership asked for the same lease protection and the price was $999!!!! I asked about what the Georgetown dealership tried to sell me on and they straight up said that Georgetown was ripping me off, they showed me how you can CHANGE THE PRICE OF THESE PACKAGES!!! It’s disappointing that a small town dealership would pull this on local buyers.... More

This was by far the smoothest purchasing process I’ve ever had. Venus was knowledgeable about the vehicles and the financing options, extremely thorough, professional and most importantly honest througho ever had. Venus was knowledgeable about the vehicles and the financing options, extremely thorough, professional and most importantly honest throughout the entire process. It’s actually very difficult to find genuine sales professionals in today’s world. From the initial phone call to handing over the keys, it was a smooth transition. Usually I’m used to dealerships being extremely aggressive, pushy and sometimes even impolite. This was an entirely different experience. Venus was patient and took the time to show me 2-3 Land Rover models and several test drives. And as a final touch, when I said I needed some time to make a decision, she even let me hold on to the car for a few hours until a decision was made. That was pretty incredible. What a great touch. Honestly I was just generally shopping around for a car, but Venus and Rob managed to sell me a beautiful car that day. I have to say - Great closers !! Thank you both !! Rahul More
