I drove quite a ways from Angus to deal with them after they proved to be the most thorough and helpful with my requests/demands. After hammering out a deal over emails and phone calls with Ken and Jayne, I was greeted as soon as I stepped through the door by Jayne and was not disappointed with her service. She was extremely accommodating and helpful with showing me the vehicle for the first time, explaining all the little features and what I might find useful with my kids and everything. She also helped organize everything with my trade-in vehicle and personally switched over my plates for me. I finally met with Ken, we talked briefly about the warranty and the industry in general, and he also offered to ship me a paint pen to fix a small scratch on the trunk (which I've already received). Rene was great as well, she had to completely redo my paperwork as my wife was originally on the bill of sale but she could not be there to sign the paperwork. All the while, Jayne tried to keep me entertained and comfortable during the extra wait time. Great job overall. Thanks for everything. More

Both were very pleasant and we worked out the basics behind the deal we would go with. Jayne followed up as promised and arranged a test drive. Very pleasant and helpful. In the end all worked out and I am reasonably happy with the deal and very happy with the car. Rene was also very nice to deal with on finalizing all of the paper work and final details. As promised my car was delivered in the first week of May and all is good. More
