Worst possible dealership !!! Bought a brand new car there and always had terrible service. Always always a problem with the car and everytime i needed to bring it to the dealership they wouldn't have a rental to lend, even do in my contract it specified that in case of repair a courtesy car of the same year as mine who be available for me. After over a year of problems with the car finally went to see the general manager and he told wasn't his problem that he wasn't responible for it. I asked him if he would take back the car and he responded by telling me i would need to take a 8000$ lost on it and that it would make no xxxxing sense that he pays a dime on it. Anyways won't be encouraging again and if anybody think about buying a car there they should definitly check elsewhere there's a honda dealership in hull that as probably a better service then the one in gatineau. More

Delivery was delayed, took them 4 days to call me back and that only after I wrote them an email saying that I will be cancelling my order if I couldn't get the car by a certain date. The cherry on Sunday was them charging 25$ for a transit that most dealers just give freely without a second thought. More

I am impressed with an excellent service, and particularly, I would like to thank Kane Connors for his efficiency in arranging of winter tires delivery, scheduling the appointment for my convenience, and personally explaining the details of my bill in English ( I did not have time yet to learn French to good extent). I also remember talking to him about a month ago when I dropped by to find out what some sign on the dash of my car meant-I was not even a client of Gatineau Honda yet. Seriously worst service and worst quality vehicles ever Honda might be good-- but Gatineau Honda SUCKS. I traded in a perfect vehicle for a piece of garbage that they will not take back to make it right. Honda might be good-- but Gatineau Honda SUCKS. I was TOLD by the serivice dept that my vehicle was not brought up to used Honda stardards before purchase because I purchased an extended warrenty and they could just bill to the warrenty after I had my vehicle. MONTHS of issues, a year later STILL issues and being told there is nothing they can do. I regret ever dealing with this fraud and I will NEVER EVER EVER bring my van back there EVER so that they cannot get a penny more out of me. I also plan on making sure to tell everyone I know how horrible this place is and to make sure they do not do business there. What a smear on Honda this dealership is. More

I had purchased a brand new vehicule at this dealer. Two weeks after I bought it, it was leaking on the floor on the passenger side. I called the dealer to make an apt. Brought my car in and they said it wo weeks after I bought it, it was leaking on the floor on the passenger side. I called the dealer to make an apt. Brought my car in and they said it would be ready by 3. I return to the dealer at 3, they say oh it's not ready and we didn't bother calling you (they know I live an hour away). Come back tomorrow morning at 7:30 (after I specifically told them I needed a car the night because I worked an hour away the next morning at 8). After a while, they decided to lend me a rental car. I told them I would not be able to return the rental car until the end of my work week which was a week later but I would do my best to make arrangements for someone else to bring it down. They said that was fine, no worries. I then called to tell them I wanted the mold smelling carpets replaced (my car was TWO WEEKS OLD!!!! 1273 KM!!!!) and they bursted out laughing and said no way they are shampooed and that will do just fine. I called my complaint in to Honda Canada and called the dealer back to tell them I was waiting for them to get back to me. The gentleman who answered the phone started raising his voice saying I don't know what you don't understand, I told you they wouldn't replace your carpets and I want my curtesy car back. Your car is ready come and get it now. So mostly.......STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE AT GATINEAU HONDA!!!!!!!! More
