Best service in town by some unfortunate luck, I've had to bring my used Venza, purchased from a different dealership, in for warranty work several times over the last two by some unfortunate luck, I've had to bring my used Venza, purchased from a different dealership, in for warranty work several times over the last two months. i have received friendly, efficient and accommodating service every time from the service staff and the technicians. outside of warranty work, i plan to continue servicing my Venza at this dealership. Very helpful Have been to Gateway Toyota many times. Veronica in service is great, I always ask to see her as she does a great job. Efficient and thorough and makes sure that all work is completed properly. Quotes are always accurate and she calls to give me updates if any additional work needs to be completed or when my vehicle is ready. Very personable too I used the shuttle service as well and had Dan as my driver. He is also very personable and did a good job accommodating my work schedule for pickup time. I was able to call him when my vehicle was ready and he let me know what time to expect him which was helpful. More
