I've always been impressed by Gateway's professional, personable staff, the courtesy of it's drivers (they drive you home and pick you up), and the reception unit which provides breakfast and coffee service should you need it. I was impressed by the fact that I was persuaded that there were some items I asked for were not needed, saving me some dollars, i.e. it was obvious Gateway was not out to screw me! All in all an enjoyable experience, the 4th such visit I have made since I purchased my Camry in 2014. Keep it up guys. More

I can only afford so much at one time, they always work with me on what is urgent and work with my budget, never pushy. My vehicle decided not to start today, when I called them they got it in within an hour and fixed the same day. I live on the Northend and work in St. Albert-so this location is nowhere convenient for me, but I would never trust my vehicle to anyone else. If I could give them 10 stars I would. My brothers now take their vehicles there and in the future I will be purchasing another Toyota from them. Great service, always friendly and efficient. Thank you Toyota Gateway! More

Regular service and concern about tire noise I regularly dear with Troy for service and concerns. I explained my concerns about what I thought may be abnormal road noises. He immediately brought out the service tech that would be working on the car and had me explain my concerns. Within a short time Troy met with me and explained that after a road test the only reason for the noise could be that the tires are down close to replacement. This was better news than I had expected.After leaving Gateway and shopping on the northside, I had problems opening the trunk by any method I tried, Called Troy and he quickly put me on to the switch that is in the glove dept. Sure made grocery shoping and storage easier. I travel from Camrose to Edmonton for service and have always had fast and courteous service from Gateway. Even services that I have not made appointments for are handled very promptly. More

Excellent service I brought in my SUV and it was drive through service. which was a surprise for me. Staff was excellent and paper work was done within 10 min.
