The staff was as always very helpful and courteous, I have used the Gateway Toyota for all my maintenance needs of said vehicle over the past 9 years; with excellence in all aspects of service. Other than having a minor discrepancy with the front reception on this visit, with her not understanding my usual service expectations I as always am very pleased with the service I received there.
