I ask for him exclusively, and get to talk directly with him at the dealership. My truck has always been well looked after. The courtesy car service is also great, taking me to work at the far side of the city away from the dealership, and picking me up later to return to the dealership.. More

Although the warranty claim process was a bit convoluted and unfamiliar, Bonnie was fast, efficient, friendly, and super effective. Thanks, Bonnie! recommended! My only complaint was that the technician who worked on my vehicle removed the floor mat and clearly wore some dusty boots inside, and then forgot to replace the floor mat... not a big deal normally, but my vehicle was recently detailed. Having said that, still thrilled with the counter service. More
