I purchased RAV 4 from this dealership 15 years ago, and had it serviced since. Fav 4 is in perfect functioning shape. I have been so satisfied with both the Service Consultant Troy and Technicians who worked on the RAV4, that I decided to bring my Honda Odyssey 2005 to this Toyota service - and I have been very glad that I did so. Troy takes time to explain what service has to be done, and calls me if there is any unexpected item that requires attention. He is always patient with my questions and provides me with detailed answers. Thank you for your help, Troy, over many years! More

Very poor service! My husband and I drove 1.5 hrs to this dealership because they had a specific van advertised for sale. We were pleased with the van so we made a deal My husband and I drove 1.5 hrs to this dealership because they had a specific van advertised for sale. We were pleased with the van so we made a deal that evening. We delt with two salesmen, sales manager and a lady from finance. We signed the contract and had the majority of the financial paperwork complete. The next day when I PHONED THE DEALSHIP I was transferred to the manager and he told me that the van had been sold to someone else. I was very disappointed. I was also mad that I had to phone them, they couldn't even call me first thing. The manager spoke to me like he didn't care and I was just out of luck. I felt an equal or better van should be replaced with the sold van. The salesman offered me 2 different vans no where close to the one we had signed on. When they found one similar, they wanted addition money. After only a day and half of the dealership trying to find a replacement they quit! They returned our $2500 deposit and I never heard from them again. 2 days later I purchased a higher quality van - same make from a different dealer for the same cost!! More

Always ready to give me information. They told me about a problem, asked if I'd like to have it repaired, would I like them to order the part? They gave me lots of time to make an appointment when it was best for me and the job was completed at a lower cost than the estimate. And without my asking about it, they did some minor recall work. I'm still very happy with my Toyota RAV4 after 6 years! More
