Amazing dealership! i wish i could give full context here but i simply cant all i can give all of your reading these reviews is peace of mind that this dealership is AMAZ i wish i could give full context here but i simply cant all i can give all of your reading these reviews is peace of mind that this dealership is AMAZING! their customer service is fantastic their mechanics are great! they have no problem tell you that a repair will cost 1400.00 and that's okay because when you truly love your car the way I do, which i think most of you can relate to, PRICE does not matter. I am so sad that for warranty reasons had to goto a different shop that has supplied me with stress, grieve, ignorance, and a fight which in the end I hope meets the same standards that Toyota Gateway dealership, service center, mechanic shop have. I LOVE this dealership because they do way is RIGHT! Thank-you Gateway Toyota for loving my car as much as i do! it shows and I will Continue to go here for any and ALL service needs. As should anyone else!!! Bonnie and Ben were both amazing!!! More

Waited too long even with appointment had a booked appointment for Saturday 1:20 pm waited till 5pm just to get my oil and filter change done...what's going on, waited for almost 4hrs and had a booked appointment for Saturday 1:20 pm waited till 5pm just to get my oil and filter change done...what's going on, waited for almost 4hrs and the only reason they can give me is that they have a back log that day. I'm forced to go to court I purchased a 2014 CRV in Oct 2016 from Rob McGillis. No problem with the car, but it was missing a rear cargo cover that comes standard with the Tou I purchased a 2014 CRV in Oct 2016 from Rob McGillis. No problem with the car, but it was missing a rear cargo cover that comes standard with the Touring Package. As part of my contract I asked that they provide one. Rob McGillis assured me it wsouldn't be a problem and it was written into the contract. Over the last 5 months I have received numerous excuses and assurances that my cargo cover was acoming. I still don't have one and all communicationfrom Gateway Toyota and Rob McGillis has stopped. Emails to the manager and sales manager lead to apologies from Rob McGillis and promises that it would be shipped immediately and he would text me the shipping details 'Thursday'. That was 3 weeks ago. It's not an especially expensive item and I'm at a loss why they wouldn't just send it. But I'm not going to accept this and now I'm going to have to buy an expensive lunch for an old friend who's a lawyer to hold them to account. Thx Rob McGillis for the incredible dishonesty. This has been my experience dealing with Rob McGillis and Gateway Toyota. Approach with caution More
