Toyota Couldn't Care Less Can't even express my disappointment enough. We have been lifelong Toyota drivers (purchased 2 from Gateway Toyota last year). I bring my 2012 Toyot Can't even express my disappointment enough. We have been lifelong Toyota drivers (purchased 2 from Gateway Toyota last year). I bring my 2012 Toyota Sienna in for regular maintenance at Gateway Toyota. On the last visit they said my head gasket was blown and needed to be replaced. My vehicle has 120,000 km and is driven by a soccer mom. I had it in 5 months prior for it's regular maintenance - coolant flushed. This is either a manufacturing or a maintenance issue - both of which they should take some responsibility for. They are running me around telling me they don't know what caused the issue other then overheating. I have no confidence in the service center at Toyota Gateway and will not be purchasing another Toyota again - they know this is a rare issue and shouldn't happen. They are giving me no reason to remain a Toyota customer. It's cost me $8000 to maintain my vehicle over 5 months - that's ridiculous. Enjoy it because you won't see another dollar out of me. More

I feel gateway Toyota are surfers and con artists MY OPINION - I bought a used vehicle from Gateway. Lights where on, on the dash. Was told this was normal. Found out that the transmission is slipping MY OPINION - I bought a used vehicle from Gateway. Lights where on, on the dash. Was told this was normal. Found out that the transmission is slipping. Gateway is now ignoring me. Paid registration/administration fee on the selling price of vehicle, to the bank, once again on the dealer contract, then again under the ppsa charges. I give a -100 on my rating. They seen an older lady and coned me. If you have had problems I will be outside their dealership then proceed to other dealerships in Edmonton starting the 3rd week of November. I feel the Government has to stop this. I would go to jail if I was a con artist. More
