The experience has been incredible from my first phone call for an appointment with April, who bent over backwards to get me in my limited timeframe to dealing with my Service Advisor, Graham who was so knowledgeable and helpful. I had chosen Gateway from recommendations from friends as I have complained about the service from my last Toyota Dealership. I highly recommend Gateway, the price was almost half of what was quoted me by my former Toyota dealership, but the friendliness and amenities of Gateway :Toyota have confirmed my friends words, and now Gateway is my dealership of choice. A long story but to make it short whatever he says to you is a lie. I am still waiting for this problem to be fix by there management/company. Until now no update yet. Lots of hidden fees when we compared the offer and the bill almost 4800$ transportation fees and extended warranty and other unknown stuff When we went back after one week the manager offered us 7200$ less for the same car and offered Rav4 LE for 35000$ Mayfield offered 31000$ The seller was Jemmi And the branch manager said we got our money from the bank that’s it The interest rate is 10.99% for a person with very good credit We have submitted out complaints to AMVIC More

Upon pickup of our new vehicle we were introduced to Paula, who was so friendly and knowledgeable about the RAV4. She walked us through every feature which was a huge help since the vehicle is equipped with many settings. She didn’t rush us and was able to answer any question that we posed.
