Up and above I have personally purchased many new cars and my last two have been with Gateway Chevrolet with Mr. Goldmann. He has been without a doubt the best sal I have personally purchased many new cars and my last two have been with Gateway Chevrolet with Mr. Goldmann. He has been without a doubt the best sales person I have ever encountered. He has consistently gone up and above each time ensure my happiness. Whether it’s been driving my new vehicle 3 hours up to my home to complete the deal or simply to offer a beverage or simply to have everything ready for signing and respecting my time as I am usually at work when completing the deals. There is no question that as long as you have Mr. Goldmann as a sales rep within your company, you will have my business. I couldn’t be more happy! However in saying that, I must take this opportunity to talk about Massey, the finance rep. I was not pleased with the way he conducted himself. During our short time together we would have very basic conversations, with clear understandings on the topics at hand to only find out things were carried out opposite to what was discussed. When Discussing these outcomes, he would state that the conversation did not take place and that I must have misunderstood. This happened on 3 different occasions during our short time together. It wasn’t just the fact that he denied the conversations took place but he would also have a clear, accusational undertone which I did not appreciate in the least. And truth be told, if it was not for Mr. Goldmann cooling me down, I was fully prepared to walk away from the deal. In my honest opinion, I feel that he ( Massey) reflects very poorly on your company and took away from the entire experience and hopefully this is not something that carries over to your other customers because it would be a shame. Gateway is a fantastic company and I look forward to doing business with you again in the near future. More
I have complained to OMVIC about this dealership I went to the dealership to get a new car. They offered me to see the showroom model but no test drive because it was based on queue. I asked the sale I went to the dealership to get a new car. They offered me to see the showroom model but no test drive because it was based on queue. I asked the salesman to talk to the manager and arrange. The managers name is George. The salesman name is areeq (not sure if its right). They both played nice drama and told me to come back after a day and then I can test drive. But I must give him deposit, WHAT....Deposit??? for what Mr. Manager??? I went to another dealer ship, The team in other dealer ship is very friendly, honest and deal in correct way. More
Don’t Buy From Here Purchased a used truck from here. Vehicle was missing numerous accessories when I picked up the truck and it wasn’t detailed either. He was very courteous, friendly, and worked within my budget and requirements to find the perfect vehicle for me.
