I had purchased my 2020 VW Tiguan from a dealership in Edmonton, however since I am from Red Deer area had taken my vehicle to Gary Moe for convinience reasons. They were not able to diagnose the problem that I came in for (flickering of lights on my temperature buttons) so I took it home. The very next morning I had started my car, and I had no power to any of the lights on my dash and my headlights would not work. I had then arranged an appointment with Norden where I had purchased my vehicle from as I do not trust Gary Moe. I had a follow up conversation with the manager Darrel, and was informed that “it wasn’t their fault, and that I might as well bring it back to them so that they can figure it out.” I declined the offer and informed them I do not trust whatever work they do. If you want a dealership that will tell you it wasn’t their fault for leaving your vehicle worse than you brought it in, this is the place for you! Darrel could definitely work on his client care skills, poor representation coming from a manager. More

Although I went in looking to upgrade to a newer suv with a little more space. I ended up leaving with a car. AND I LOVE IT!!!!! Tracey Gilbertson, and Jaden Duggen were terrific!!! Although we were interested in a used car from a different manufacturer and were dealing on it via calls, texts & emails, Chris Carriere went right to work for us. He was always quick to reply to my messages & calls and was patient as we took our time in the decision process. Once we decided to purchase the car Brooke was great in providing the information & paperwork from the Business Office. Although the car had a mechanical issue after we had purchased it, Chris coordinated the repairs with Stefan in the Service Department to have it corrected.
