Made to feel dumb and embarrassed I had a mixed experience here. It started off alright until we got to the part where I was being told I've never gotten the annual maintenance on my v I had a mixed experience here. It started off alright until we got to the part where I was being told I've never gotten the annual maintenance on my vehicle. I do understand the importance of doing these things but when I'm asked to do it at the time of my oil change I'm not expecting to pay an extra$300. I didn't know I could come back another day to do those, I thought it had to be done time of offer (this is my first vehicle, still learning) anyways the person I spoke with definitely made me feel like an absolute idiot from that point on for never doing it and not having the funds to do it now. When my car was done I spoke with a different gentle man where he went over my inspection, I noticed my brakes are still in great shape so I asked again about that inspection that deals with the breaks and asked for more clarification on it since they still look good. He was very kind and honest with me and didn't think it was a rush for me to get that inspection done. I will be doing it but he assured me that I can wait until fall to do it. I wish I got the name of the second person I spoke with because IF I choose to come back I will only deal with him. Id give him 5 stars but because of the first person that is how I'm rating my experience. More

Awesome service Johnny and Bruce are amazing! So accommodating. I still drive up from Edmonton to get my vehicle serviced just because I know I’m in good hands. Mazda Johnny and Bruce are amazing! They always remember me by name and are just friendly from the shop to the shuttle to management. I bought my car 5 years ago and will buy any future vehicles from them. More
Terrible Customer Service- definitely not Milestone Mazda :( Took my car in for an oil change - first time since the new ownership. Oil change went fine, however, they didn't pick me up at the agreed upon time Took my car in for an oil change - first time since the new ownership. Oil change went fine, however, they didn't pick me up at the agreed upon time - after I confirmed it with the guy at the service desk before I left, and 3 times with the driver before he dropped me off. My husband went in to pay and grab my key so I could pick the car up later, and they actually made excuses and tried to blame me!!! "We called and she didn't answer, so we didn't send anyone" - well, I was at work, and would have appreciated being told you wouldn't send the driver at the agreed upon time if I didn't answer your call when I made the pick up arrangements!. To add insult to injury, they went ahead and removed the Milestone Mazda sticker from my back window and replaced my license plate cover with a Gary Mo Auto Group cover - without my permission! Now I have to go buy a new plate cover. I miss Milestone Mazda :( You lost my business Gary Mo. More

Dealer upgraded the system but not the maps in 2015 and again in 2017 but when the chip/memory card was viewed on computer the maps were dated 2012.. Not impressed! More
pretty decent! great sales people and very friendly however you do pay a premium in the price! I am ok with that as this is the most local Mazda. You can get way better deals elsewhere Calgary and Edmonton offer way better deals than what these guys offer.
