End result was achieved but the road there was bumpy. The constant running back to the sales manager for approval when negotiating to purchase a vehicle is frustrating and i personally think antiquated. If this is not possible then let ME go sit with the sales manager and negotiate the purchase price INCLUDING the warranty items after i have decided on the vehicle i wanted. More
