I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT in for an oil change as I have been doing for over 14 years (I have owned other Jeeps previous to this one). The service from everyone was exceptional as it has always been. When I went to pick up my vehicle I stood at the garage door to pay and Mark Ell came out gesturing for me to put a mask on. He was rude and did not even ask if I was exempt, I stepped outside but this was not enough for him. He asked his staff to deny me service but I had already finished my transaction. He told me I cannot come and service my vehicle there anymore despite my loyalty to this dealership. It is a sad day when you are treated so poorly by someone in a position of power. If you cannot wear a mask you must stand 6 ft from people and I followed this rule, I think Mr Ell needs to look into the proper protocols for people who are exempt and treat them like paying customers.
