We went to buy a new 2020 Ford Fusion and ended up leaving with a 2019 Ford Escape SEL. The experience with Anil and Kevin was stellar. Good communication, they didn't try to slide anything by us unnoticed and they did everything in their power to make it a positive buying experience. I've bought from other dealers in the past (Cooksville Hyundai, Addison Chevrolet and Mississauga Subaru) and aside from Subaru I always left with either an uneasy feeling or in the case of Addison flat out deceived and lied to. Not the case at all here. We ended up with a demo vehicle but the deal was incredible and we ended up with a full warranty package including all of our maintenance paid for for the lease duration, winter rims and tires, paint and interior warranties and the MSRP after all of that came to the base MSRP of the vehicle itself. Short of a drastic change to the vehicle lineup that turns me off I'll certainly be a repeat customer here. As an aside, if you've read the review about how they charge for maintenance, that's pretty much industry standard for dealerships. Mechanics aren't paid hourly, they get paid by the job and based on the industry standard time to complete it. That means there are some days that a mechanic can work 12 hours and only net 4 hours pay or less. That same length of day could see them net 20 hours. They also don't last if they do a poor job. So keep that in mind when looking at the pricing for service and remember that you aren't going to get pricing that's much different at any other dealership.

We have never had a good car buying útil now !! After visit 4 different dealerships and getting either treat poorly or ignored completely finally KEVIN and DREW showed us what what great above and beyond customer service was about !! I was not only impressed with their customer service and professionalism but also their amazing inventory and prices were the best to!! We leterally walked on the lot and we found at car. Withing a couple minutes ... this is are cars number 4 from gallinger Ford . "They tack on labour costs in the most extreme way. "

Do not deal with these guys! My quote before work done was under $300. A day later, that quote rose to $800. With parts costing $300. What they do is charge you astronomical labour costs. New battery, $180. Labour cost to install, $45. The way they work this out is they claim it takes 30 mins to install a battery. All work done would be no more than an hour labour, but they stack little things on and give each item a 30 min labour fee. They are ripping people off. Because of this, I will no longer buy a Ford vehicle.

"No respect to customers."

My family visited Gallinger Ford on December 15, 2016. After finding the perfect 2017 Ford Escape online we made an appointment with Alex L. When we arrived he introduced us to Rob R. He went with us on a test drive. The price was $37988 we made an offer $36600. Rob didn't give us anything to sign, he didn't prepare an offer. Rob went to talk to Alex L. They finally came to talk to us; still no written contract. They told us that the $500 Ford Year End Bonus was already deducted and they can not even lower the price by $1. 😡We informed Rob that we own two Ford vehicles and this was supposed to be our third. We wanted to buy the car for Christmas.😭 Our son was very disappointed and I am sad that we got treated like this. We wanted to be loyal, but after this treatment NO more Ford for us. Our son will have a chance for a new tradition. Merry Christmas

My wife and I just purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion SE sedan and we are so pleased with the car and the overall experience dealing with Gallinger Ford Lincoln! First, Richard Nelson, their Finance & Accessories Consultant, was very thorough in explaining all the options regarding extended warranties and protection plans offered for our car. We totally understood that it is his job to provide the best options to his clients and he made every effort and stride to give the best choices possible. Although we didn't select any extras (due to being on a tight budget), we appreciated the fact that he was not pressuring and accepted our final decision. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. He really seems to go that extra mile to help and accommodate the clients. Although we didn't spend very much time with Richard, it was a sure pleasure meeting him. His service, time, and patience was overall excellent! We spent a lot of time with our sales person, Kevin Gallinger, and he was outstanding in every aspect! We have never been to Gallinger Ford Lincoln before and initially we were not looking forward to the "negotiation process" at all. However, from the very start, the whole experience became very relaxing with an EASY feel to it - thanks to Kevin. He is not a pressuring sales person at all - we became very comfortable with him. He answered all of our questions, showed us so many features of the car and was so down-to-earth with his overall calm attitude and personality. It was as if we had known him as a friend for years and years. He gave us a very generous trade-in offer for our previous car and an added discount. We felt we got an amazing deal, from Kevin, on the Ford Fusion as well. Kevin is a person who definitely "crosses his T's and dots his I's" - very diligent in his work in so many ways. He told us that a part had to be installed in the car which was the very first thing that he mentioned when he first met us. We appreciated his upfront honesty. He also said that the part would be installed on a certain date - which is was! Everything that we discussed and agreed to at first - Kevin came through and stood by his word 100%. So, when we arrived on the pickup date to get the Fusion - everything was done with no issues or surprises. Kevin was beyond exceptional and we would definitely buy another vehicle from him in the future. This has been the best experience in buying a vehicle - ever! No exaggerations about this at all. It is actually shocking in a way to find this great customer service within a society that has many sales and services that just "aim to make the sale" with no care or consideration to the customers. Kevin, Richard, and those others (behind the scenes) at Gallinger Ford Lincoln really took care of us with our Ford Fusion! We have been telling family, friends, neighbours, and co-workers about the great deal and service we received from Gallinger Ford Lincoln. We also felt that this online review was needed and well deserved to expose the excellent service stemming from this dealership. To summarize, we are so happy with our purchase and feel so very blessed to be treated with patience and respect from Kevin, Richard and those at Gallinger Ford Lincoln.
