Came for a tire swap, bought a brand new truck. Overall I had a rather mediocre experience at Freedom Ford. We all agreed on a certain price, I gave them a down payment. The next day I receive a call asking for an even larger sum for the down payment. they also managed to hide A $5000 maintenance package I did not agree too. And only finding out about it as I am signing the paperwork. bringing a simple F150 into the $70,000 bracket (MSRP 56,000!) and only a XLT to boot. Good, friendly Salesman. But I will NOT be buying from them again. The friendly people are the only positive I can say about my time at Freedom Ford. Completely disgusted by nearly everything else. Will probably do my maintenance at Sherwood Ford... Since I payed $5000 and it works at any Ford dealership. More

Booked an Oil Change I am upset at the fact that every time I book an appointment for an oil change at 8:30am, I don't get it back until 3:30pm or sometimes later. What is the point of making an appointment if it takes close to 8 hours? I know that I didn't wait in the chalet, but I should not have to wait there to get faster service. Isn't it the whole point when making an appointment to be the first in - first out, especially since it was first thing in the morning? More

My recent service experience There is a problem with the left turn signal that was not corrected, it may be as simple as a bulb. Keeping in mind that the problem did not present i There is a problem with the left turn signal that was not corrected, it may be as simple as a bulb. Keeping in mind that the problem did not present itself when I brought the truck in, I am going on the assumption that it may have been as simple as a visual inspection of the bulbs or a bulb, I am returning the truck to the service department on Friday to have the issue, hopefully, diagnosed and repaired. There is an inconvenience issue here, where I am needing to follow up. If the problem is more complex than a bulb, I understand, but if it is a bulb, which is a low value item, I think could have been corrected. The example I draw on is that my windshield wiper blades were replaced by Freedom Ford when they showed wear, not failure but wear. Let's see what happens when I bring the truck back in.
