warranty went in for an oil change and to have my sun roof slider (2013 ford edge 28000 k ) checked for running really slow. Had the same problem last year an went in for an oil change and to have my sun roof slider (2013 ford edge 28000 k ) checked for running really slow. Had the same problem last year and they said they cleaned it and oiled it. No charge. My vehicle is still under bumper to bumper warranty. This year they charged me $55.00 to spray silicone on the track. Now they say it is a maintenance responsibility on me. Change the rules and charge the sucker seems to be the motto here. I am so sick of no service freedom ford. More
