Welcome to the Freedom Ford Family We stopped in to browse as we were going to be buying another truck in the near future. We had tried dealing with Sherwood Ford and as a result had We stopped in to browse as we were going to be buying another truck in the near future. We had tried dealing with Sherwood Ford and as a result had thought about switching to Chev or GM but Freedom has a reputation that we thought we should try. We were greeted by Keith (sales) and shortlyt after were greeted by an assistant mgr (I forget the name) and later by Gord who was the other of two people on the sales side that we completed the deal with. Everyone we met and dealt with broke the stereo-type mold of dealerships and sales people. There was NEVER any pressure nor did anyone at anytime try to upsell us. Knowledge of products, stock and options was stellar and we both felt like we were adopted into the Freedom Ford family, even befor we decided to buy. More

Maintanence Went in for my final service before my warranty was up on my truck full day service. Not a great Experience Usually this dealership has great service however this was not the case this time. I arrived prior to 7:30 am to make that shuttle as I usually start Usually this dealership has great service however this was not the case this time. I arrived prior to 7:30 am to make that shuttle as I usually start work at 7:30 and am fairly close to the dealership - I was told I had to wait for the next one at 8 because he was going the opposite direction thereby making me over half an hour late for work. Then when 3:30 rolled around and I had not heard back I called to find out of my car was ready, the shuttle coordinator told me that it wasn't but this was the last chance for a shuttle and I would just have to wait for the car once I got there. I work and had a meeting and could not just leave that early. I was told well then you have to find your own way. This was very poor customer service as I now had to either pay for a cab ride there or get someone to take me. Luckily my mother was available to not only come get me from work but also get my 2 kids from dayhome before they closed then drive us to get my car which was thankfully ready as we then had to rush home (outside the city) and were late for my daughter's soccer game. This is simply poor customer service, and I think I will be taking my car to a different dealership for all future service work. More
