They try hard to make you happy. This is my second experience here and both were really positive. Roxanne works very hard to ensure you know the costs prior to any work being done and that you are totally happy before the file is closed. On my latest visit my fuel pump was replaced. A few days after getting my truck back it acted up again (water had found its way into a part) in the same way. Roxanne got it in immediately and had it fixed and ready to go in a few days. There was no charge for any of the second visit and Roxanne's goal was to make sure my truck was fixed properly and I was satisfied. More
