Horrible experience. Was looking for a 2020 ford escape, all black they did not have it that day but told me it would be arriving 2 days later. Signed the contract , they Was looking for a 2020 ford escape, all black they did not have it that day but told me it would be arriving 2 days later. Signed the contract , they gave me a rental . Vehicle did not show up for over 3 weeks. Had to get 3 different rentals during that time because they all had different issues.Every time I ran into an issue my sales person Donovan would tell me his hands where tied but when I would become frustrated and contact someone above him than I was able to receive help at times .Felt like I wasn’t heard . One of the rentals I received wouldn’t start and I had to take a cab to work , I called and called no one called me back and when I went there frustrated it wasn’t until I threaten to cancel the whole contract that they apologized and helped. Had issues with the first payment date as well they kept giving me the run around they keep passing me off to the next person and nothing gets done until upper management is contacted . Would not recommend. Made me feel very unimportant and undervalued as a client .The whole experience was a headach. More

No product backup I bought a 2014 Ford Escape from Freedom Ford, Brandon Mucha was our salesman and within two weeks I could not get it started... the battery was dead. I have had AMA out 5 times now to boost it and Brandon keeps insisting that it had a new battery in it when we bought it but their service department checked the computer records and tells me there was NO new battery installed in it... I am getting a run around that I do not appreciate... when I called to talk to a manager I got some sales manager that just put me back to Brandon... and now they want 400+ dollars to replace the battery that I was told was new when I bought it less than three month ago More

Lack of Communication The sales manager left me a voicemail saying they had they vehicle I wanted so I called back 45 minutes later saying i was ready to do a deal. I even texted the sales guy I was dealing with and I never heard from him either. I wont be using them or recommended them to anyone. I guess my business was not good enough for them . I ended up going else where to get my Ford Edge ST More
