The entire group seemed to be a great team and always giving assistance to all customers all the time. Careful though, their are customers that wish to only look and high pressure sales people can turn them away in a hurry by making them feel harassed. Have fun reading that customer!! More

Oil Change and Subsequent Unexpected Issue I had my 2013 Edge in for its regularly scheduled oil change on the prepaid maintenance plan. After leaving the shop I got about 2km away when the ve I had my 2013 Edge in for its regularly scheduled oil change on the prepaid maintenance plan. After leaving the shop I got about 2km away when the vehicle died and would not restart. All it took was 1 call back to Lisa at Freedom Ford and a tow truck was dispatched to retrieve me. A loaner vehicle was ready for me when I arrived back at the shop and the problem was quickly assessed and remedied. AS it turns out it wasn't a major issue, it was corrected and I was back on the road that day. Kudo's to Lisa and the whole team at Freedom Ford for looking after this issue in a professional and timely matter. It was just handled right and that was greatly appreciated! More
