Service booking employee I called to ask if a particular part was covered by warranty. The guy i was taking to cobtinually put me hold, told me it was, seemed confused about I called to ask if a particular part was covered by warranty. The guy i was taking to cobtinually put me hold, told me it was, seemed confused about why i had to drop my car off so early despite the fact i didn't care what time the work was done. When i got there i learned he was wrong, it wasnt covered. Cori was great but the guy booking appointments needs significantly more training. Greg the shuttle driver was also very nice. More
