2017 Ford Fusion First off we are very loyal to Freedom. I have always found that we are treated very well and of course the sales are always friendly. It will take time to get use the self parking with it but it will come. lol As far as the financing part I was hoping that they could make my payments a little cheaper then they are now. I didn't realize how much more they are per month. I can make it work but in the height of the excitement I should have said something. Other then that I love my car and I will be keeping it for a long while. My sales rep was Jake Precious I noticed he is not on the sales list. He was great, He has the spunk to go far and very positive. if he ends up staying at Freedom we will always use him as our sales rep. Thank you :) Cindy More

I was driving a Kia Optima, going on 3 years with it, and just was not happy. I had a high interest rate, the vehicle had lost so much value over the years...it was terrible. My husband had purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past and absolutely raved about it so I had him take in my car and see what they could do. My husband was there with Linden Frig for about 2.5 hours and Linden bent over backwards, went above and beyond to get me something I could afford. I had a very specific # in my head of what I'd be willing to up in payment price and he stuck to it the whole time. There was no heavy sales pushing, no pushy salesman attitude, just pure HELP. At one point I called my husband and could hear Linden on the phone pushing for what I needed/wanted. Linden successfully got me into the vehicle I'd been wanting for years without increasing my payments heavily and got me the most he possibly could for my trade. Once the sale portion was done, I was helped by Ali in Finance who continued to impress me after we were done with Linden. Ali was straight forward, laid it all out on the table, and worked some numbers for me too. Prior to coming into the dealership I did the credit app portion with Arlene over the phone and via email which was extremely accommodating for my work schedule and I appreciated that so much. I was 100% confident that they did everything the literally could possible to ensure I had a good experience. We weren't pressured, we weren't left waiting around, we were treated with respect and like GOLD the entire time we were in there. I drove home in my new Ford Escape last week and am thoroughly impressed. I have heard all the amazing things my husband's dealt with in the past in regards to service as well and am looking forward to my future experiences with the dealership. Highly HIGHLY recommend a visit to Linden Frig if you need a new vehicle. More

A lemon and no way out We bought a 2015 Edge from this dealership, brand new...within 6 months multiple issues with the backup camera, had the vehicle in 5 times to fix...th We bought a 2015 Edge from this dealership, brand new...within 6 months multiple issues with the backup camera, had the vehicle in 5 times to fix...then vehicle not quite a year old and about 23,000kms on the vehicle itself, the engine blows a rod bearing and takes out a cylinder as well as the intake. New engine needed. We always dealt with Cori Slute(who was always great to deal with, one of the few positives to come from these experiences) , and is now at a different for dealer in the city. After the engine was replaced, they recognized that this was a lemon and said they would work out a deal and help us get out of the Edge and into something that would be better for us. Nothing but high pressure sales even when they said they really wanted to help us but in the end all the deals they came up with only would help us spend more money to get out of the lemon, no compromise or loss on their end. We decided to stick with the Edge as Ford Canada extended the drive train warranty and the warranty for all the electrical components because of the multiple issues. We have had the vehicle back in the shop for noises(rattles) from the headliner, twice, better but still sounds like a vehicle that is 15 years old. Within the last two weeks we had a code come on for the turbo temp sensor, made appointment for 7am, waited 4 hours for them to diagnose, then they had to order a sensor from another dealer. Sensor was to be at the dealer by 2 in the afternoon, find out when it arrives that they ordered the wrong sensor. Wasted day again, had to make another appointment for the following week to have the proper sensor installed. The lemon may not be their fault but they represent Ford Canada and how it has been all dealt with has been a horrible experience. The sales team calls every few months and ask us to come in and they will work out a "deal" on a new vehicle. Last sales person called 3 days ago and I stated that we would not be purchasing from the dealership now and never in the future. If you need an oil change, I would say ok, but sales team not recommend. Be prepared for multiple drop offs to fix vehicle issues. Sorry just can't recommend this dealership More

I have a little car, I used to pay just under $70 now it's up to $80.... my father in a f150 pays $80.... how is it that my little car pays the same amount ad my father's big truck. Every time I have to ask and tell them "no I am not paying $80" and then they lower it, but every time I get the same lame excuse "oh not sure... maybe the parts have gone up"..... sorry but no. Stop trying to swindle me out of money cause I'm a woman. Stop over charging cause you think you can get away with it. I used to work in parts in one of your dealerships so I know exactly what is going on. knock it off. I'm really getting sick of it. More

High Pressure Sales, constant contact I was a loyal Freedom Ford customer and have purchased three different vehicles at this dealership in the past, however, after my last experience I wo I was a loyal Freedom Ford customer and have purchased three different vehicles at this dealership in the past, however, after my last experience I would not recommend Freedom Sales to anyone. I would however, recommend you buy elsewhere and then take your Ford to the service department, because the service department is second to none. With the new changes in the sales team and their practices, you can expect none stop communication; calls, texts, emails and mail and high pressure sales by the sales managers. During my last experience I ended up getting my name on the do not call list, because saying NO a few times was not enough. The high pressure sales left me feeling like I needed to say whatever I could to get out of the dealership, as I had three different individuals standing over me trying to talk numbers after I said no I was not buying that day several different times. I would like to say this was just a one off and they were having a bad day, but I have three other friends that went to Freedom in the last couple of months and have had the same experience and upset that I recommended them (prior to me fully understanding the terrible service you will get from the sales department). The experience I had in May with the sales managers was enough that switching dealerships was an easy choice. After I said that I bought else where, I was asked for feedback and when I sent it there was no follow up only emails asking for my feedback on a public forum. As I have not received any feedback from the general manager and have received information that the terrible experience is happening to others, then I felt the need to post. If you are okay with high pressure sales, constant contact and not taking no for an answer then Freedom Ford Sales is for you. If that does not sound like a sales team you want to deal with, then buy your Ford elsewhere and then take your Ford to the service department at Freedom, they are AMAZING!!! I was loyal to Freedom prior to this experience, the changes that have been made during the last few months leave a lot to be desired. More

My experience in the service center was frustrating. Upon my arrival to the service dept. I was greeted nicely by one of the girls aftr an awkward moment of hesitation. Eric was very friendly and very confident in taking my information. When the checks were done for my warranty work, Eric called me. I had difficulty understanding what he was trying to rely to me. He didnt make clear what was found in the initial A/C check. He didnt offer to email me the report and the estimate for the oil change and transmission flush. i think i would have been better off talking directly to the tech person who did the check. I did my own research about part names and ended up calling a family member who is a mechanic to help me understand. He phoned Eric for clarification and emailed him the docs. In the end the work was done to his expectations and i was happy to pay for the oil change and transmission flush. I believe my experience could have been better if i was offered the emailed report/quote and was clearly told what was found in the inspection. And the email i received to ask me to review my experience was so vague and impersonal i didnt want to fill out any questionaire. but you've send me 2 more requests so im doing this so you'll stop sending emails. More
