I called Freedom looking for a Ford Focus ZXW SE for a second car. I was connected to Jason, and he had one but it was out of our price range. Jason did have a Chrysler LHS within our range and, although I was pretty sure I wouldn't be interested in it, I let Jason send me a link to information on the LHS (including an EXCELLENT video). W-OW! From the web page, it looked to be an awesome vehicle for the price. I contacted Jason immediately and came by for a test drive. The vehicle surpassed my expectations so we started the purchase process. I have to mention how meticulously the car had been detailed by Freedom, and how awesome it is to get a detailed run down of what was checked, what work needed to be done (in this case, none), and even how much Freedom had to spend to make the vehicle right. I cannot express Jason's care of me as a customer! He and the other staff at Freedom (specifically the finance department) made it EXTREMELY easy for me to make the car our own. The day I picked up the car, I had forgotten to get it registered (DOH!). Jason simply whisked me over to a registry office in order to get the job done. Of course I didn't have my bill of sale but Jason, without skipping a beat, called Freedom & had them fax it over. Jason even put the new plate on the car for me! NOW THAT IS SERVICE! Thanks, Jason! And thanks, Freedom Ford, for hiring good people & training them to treat your customers properly. You've certainly captured my business! More
