Prior to this purchase (2013) I purchased a vehicle from Freedom Ford (10 years ago) and also another Ford dealership in Edmonton (6 years ago). There is no comparison between the attitude of the sales and Freedom Ford (10 years ago) and also another Ford dealership in Edmonton (6 years ago). There is no comparison between the attitude of the sales and support staff at Freedom. The level of service and courtesy at Freedom far surpasses my experience at the other Ford dealership and even at other brand dealers. I did not feel pressured, I felt the sales person (Darryl Barrington) was honest, efficient, answered all my questions, was helpful and there was no "hard sell" sales tactics used. I was given ample time to consider my purchase and was happy with the negotiated price. I would purchase from Freedom again - and in fact we are currently considering another purchase for my husband. My sister purchased a vehicle at the same time and her experience was identical to mine. I highly recommend the dealership and Darryl for anyone in Edmonton and area buying a Ford product. More

Went to Freedom Ford to test drive a F150. As a long time Toyota owner I decided to look at Ford after hearing rave reviews about their new lineup. I wasn't in a hurry to buy but Daryl was still more than ha Toyota owner I decided to look at Ford after hearing rave reviews about their new lineup. I wasn't in a hurry to buy but Daryl was still more than happy to spend the time with me to test drive a few trucks and to go over all of the available options. I typically hate dealing with dealerships (as do most people I think) but Daryl was extremely honest, did not use pressure sales tactics, asked me several questions to determine what I needed and made recommendations based on my needs and budget. I left the dealership with more than enough info on which to make a decision. When I did finally decide to buy I also dealt with the finance department and they advised me of other available upgrades (scotguard/paint/undercoating/etc) but again did not pressure me by creating 'fear/uncertainty/doubt' in my decision to decline them. Love my new 2011 Ford F150 and have recommended Daryl/Freedom Ford to several of my friends. Their great rating is very much deserved. More
