Lets just start by saying I was very happy with the sales staff at the used car lot, everyone there was very friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. Overall I am happy with the used vehicle I purchased, and the overall experience. Now what I am unhappy with, is some of the finer details of the deal that were not properly explained to me in the finance office. First off, I purchased a used vehicle that was less than 1 year old, so although previously owned, is still considered new by Fords service agreement. So when I signed the contract for a 5 year extended warranty, and 5 year service plan, I found out after, that they start with the service date of the vehicle, which was a year ago! So I paid for 5 years, thinking that was from my purchase date, but oh no, now I only have 4 years remaining on both plans. Nice, huh? Secondly, what turned me on to the service plan was the fact that Freedom Ford has an Express Lube center. I was told A. they are open on Saturdays (I found out later it is NOT)., and B. that you could just drive in and drive out like any other lube center. But when I called to check weekend hours (also when I found out they are closed on weekends), I was told I had to make an appointment for the Express Lube service... So what's the point then? If I still have to make an appointment, it's not really an express service, is it? For a little background, my wife and I work Mon-Fri, and they're closed weekends. So I paid for oil changes that I can't get now, short of dropping the car off for an all day appointment with the service centre (open on Saturdays). I wouldn't have bought the service plan if I had known express lube was Mon-Fri., since it is not convenient for us. I would not hesitate to buy another used vehicle here, but would pay far more attention to the contract details, and not just trust what the finance people say. More

I needed a 3/4 Ton truck for work purposes. I knew I wanted a Ford. I wanted a gas truck, crew cab, not too many extras, spray in bedliner, and it had to be a Super Duty! I applied on Fords website fo wanted a Ford. I wanted a gas truck, crew cab, not too many extras, spray in bedliner, and it had to be a Super Duty! I applied on Fords website for credit approval and listed Freedom Ford as my dealership of choice. Very next day by noon I had received a call from Andre Jespersen. I went in that evening and looked at their trucks. They had exactly what I needed in stock! Best of all it was a 2012 and with the 2014 stock coming soon I got an amazing deal! Andre even arranged for the spray in bedliner, heavy duty mud flaps, and a remote starter to be thrown in for free! Seeing the deal I was getting I knew I could not say no for if I waited I would be paying tens of thousands of dollars more for essentially the same truck. Getting such a big rebate just for buying a 2012 in 2013 was a huge plus for me! The day I was to pick up my truck Andre drove to my house and picked me up. This saved me a cab ride and it was greatly appreciated. The truck was ready, (spray in berliner, mud flaps, remote start), in two days! Great service, Great people, Great truck! I love my new Ford F-250 XLT Super Duty! More

It had been a few years since I last went through the "vehicle purchasing" experience, that said....I wasn't looking forward to it very much. THAT IS....until I met Jason Spithakis. Right from the start "vehicle purchasing" experience, that said....I wasn't looking forward to it very much. THAT IS....until I met Jason Spithakis. Right from the start he seemed to have a genuine interest in MY vehicle needs. He listened, he was informative and he kept presenting options, even when I felt like we weren't moving forward anymore. He treated me professionally and with respect.... Jason's dedication to understanding and working with my busy and hectic schedule was amazing. He personally delivered my vehicle to my home, AND then again when I needed to get some minor adjustments done on the vehicle, he delivered it to my office....WITH a full tank of gas. He even took notice of the Energy Drink flavor and brand that I over-consume alllllllll day.....AND had a pack of them IN THE VEHICLE when I got in!!! (Wow, THIS GUY IS GOOD).... Driving past their CONVENIENT LOCTION....I have since dropped by just to say "Hi"....."WHY?" You may ask...Because, my experience dealing with the Freedom Ford crew....Was like dealing with friends. I have only ever experienced a used car sale from a lot once before and it was not favorable, but this experience was great. Jake Plots made sure I felt my business was wanted even though I purchased an i once before and it was not favorable, but this experience was great. Jake Plots made sure I felt my business was wanted even though I purchased an inexpensive vehicle. He made sure we had a good test drive, the car was inspected (all information was shown to me) and the vehicle was cleaned inside and out prior to me coming to make my payment and take the car. If I find myself in need of another used car in future I will definitely come back to Jake and this dealership, and have already recommended to a few people if they need a car I know where they can get one with amazing customer service.
