I had a great experience there . I was looking for something that was in my price range ask to look at a ford escape. Was for a test drive loved the futures in the car. My overall experience working with Andre was a positive one. I spent a several days researching different makes and models and with today's car market the decision on what to purchase was not an easy. I one. I sent emails out to several dealerships requesting further information and based on responses I was able to narrow my choices down to two dealerships. After visiting both dealers I was most impressed with Andre's willingness to take the time to talk about different options within my price range. In the end I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted at a price I felt was very fair. Most important to me, there was not a lot of going back and forth haggling over price and no up-sale pressure to add a bunch of options I wasn't really interested in. I think everyone considering buying a vehicle at Freedom Ford should look/ask for Jason Spithakis. He was truly a HUGE help . Going to what felt like every dealership in the city and constantly dealing with people that are pushy and intimidating to me as I have never bought off a lot before. Freedom Ford was our last stop and I couldn’t be happier that I found Jason he was completely different . he welcomed us with a smile and got into showing us some things right away. Quickly I found something that was in my budget and Jason went to work getting everything in order . It was close to closing time but Jason stuck around to help us out. The next day when purchasing the vehicle Jason again met us at the dealership even though it was well past his shift being over . I can’t explain enough how easy the whole process was and he made me very comfortable with my decision since he was very knowledgeable about the 2013 Ford Edge I purchased. Overall after dealing with business and buying a vehicle I feel like I made a friend and someone I can count on and look to for assistance if ever needed . For the most part my experience was great dealing at Freedom. The only thing I was not able to give a perfect score for was for "Quality of Work". The reason is because although the truck looked great w Freedom. The only thing I was not able to give a perfect score for was for "Quality of Work". The reason is because although the truck looked great with my eyes, I got home and realized that the truck was really only surfaced cleaned, to apeal to the eye. I wiped the steering wheel down and my cloth was BLACK! this lead to further cleaning and it was the same with cleaning the seats etc. I removed and had to clean all the compartments and found upon lifting the cup holders there was still coffee spilled underneath. I continued and removed all the cup holder areas down to the very base and found an absolute mess of god only knows what underneath. So I ended up putting in a good couple hours doing what I felt your detailing shop should have done in the first place. Like I said, everything else was great. Jake had the perfect balance of doing a sales job, without the high pressure sales jobs and sales "talk", which is the ONLY reason I continued to look as I really had no intention what so ever on purchasing a big truck at that time. We were looking at it in perhaps 2014. Had I received the typical used car salesman, I would have done a 180 and left immediately. Great job Jake!
