Lisa routinely does a thorough job explaining my vehicle maintenance needs, and with her two technicians provide outstanding customer service. I also recommend the Ford Owner Advantage Reward program, which Lisa keeps me alerted to and when best to use the service rewards for maximum value. Every benefit we consumers can leverage in this challenging economy is important, and knowing my Service Advisor (Lisa) keeps an eye on my available benefits is truly appreciated. I've been a service client for a number of years and can't think why that would ever change as long as Freedom Ford has employees like Lisa.
