My experience was a very pleasant one. We researched the vehicle we wanted online, and Freedom Ford had it on site. We like the dealer's reputation and found the price competitive. The options we wanted to add did take a few weeks to be installed, but Wilf communicated with me frequently and provided excellent customer service. I was happy they accommodated my pickup schedule, and the car was clean and ready when I came to pick it up. I was given a very good tutorial on the vehicle's functions, and was extremely happy with my experience. I would recommend the dealership to others looking to purchase a used car. More

Our experience at Freedom Ford was great. We came with a certain vehicle in mind and Jake showed it to us. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable about this vehicle. When I came back to pick up the veh certain vehicle in mind and Jake showed it to us. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable about this vehicle. When I came back to pick up the vehicle he got in the car with me and walked me through all the special features again, he synced my phone and gave me lots of quick tips. He also encouraged me to call him if I was having trouble especially figuring out the navigation system. The people in fiancé were great also. Friendly and quick. Overall a wonderful experience. More

I was at another Ford dealership before coming to Freedom. I simply wanted to have a quick exterior look at some vehicles, but I was subjected to very aggressive sales pitch. I understand that is t Freedom. I simply wanted to have a quick exterior look at some vehicles, but I was subjected to very aggressive sales pitch. I understand that is their job but I thought I made it very clear that I didn't want help that day. From the first moment I walked into Freedom Ford I felt relaxed. I was referred to Stephen so while I waited for him I was able to look at and sit in many vehicles in the showroom on my own. On meeting Stephen I found him to be soft spoken but very knowledgeable. I appreciated the unhurried way of explaining things to me The hair at the back of my neck did not stand up! What he didn't know he asked someone or looked it up.Due to a collision I had to purchase my vehicle quickly and in the middle of some challenging weather conditions. Stephen had to dig out a couple of vehicles under a couple feet of snow and did it with a smile. The financing part was smooth. All costs and fees were itemized and explained. Generally everyone there was very laid back, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership. (They also have a small diner if you have to wait for servicing!!) More

I had a good experience with the salesman, and a great experience with finance as we'd met when I bought my last vehicle there in 2011. My experience in 2011 was not as good as this time around, so the r experience with finance as we'd met when I bought my last vehicle there in 2011. My experience in 2011 was not as good as this time around, so the reason I returned to Freedom Ford was solely based on them having the exact vehicle I wanted at a price I thought was fair. I would say that my experience was 180 from last time, when the salesman (who is no longer with them) tried to slide a few things by me (saying I got the price I offered, but then trying to get me to quickly sign papers that showed otherwise). I'm a young woman, but I wasn't born yesterday. This time, I felt time was taken to give me all of the information about the vehicle, even before I came in, which I appreciated since I live an hour away. I loved the vehicle and thought the price was great. I half-heartedly tried to negotiate a lower price, but the salesman informed me that he had no wiggle room as Freedom Ford has taken a different tack... they no longer price vehicles high to allow for negotiations (like most places) or spend money on advertising, but instead offer vehicles at the best possible price. As much as I wanted to chalk this up as just another line from a used vehicle salesman, I hated to admit that it rang true. And so, as strange as it felt to pay sticker price, I still felt like I got a great deal. I saw the identical vehicle (albeit with 20K less kms) listed for $4,000 more at another dealership in Edmonton. When you have a $20-25K budget, that makes a big difference. Freedom Ford had also spent $800 in the shop and $1,000 on new tires so that was definitely value-added. All of this to say that I like the "new" Freedom Ford. I had a good, honest experience and would recommend them to family and friends. More

Going to Freedom Ford and dealing with Jake was like a breath of fresh air, completely stress free. Jake was very friendly, helpful and laid back which I appreciated. The pricing beat all of the other dealerships that I looked at and I bought the car at a very fair price. When I picked up my "new" used car it was cleaned perfectly inside and out. I would highly recommend Freedom Ford and visiting Jake Plots. I actually walked away with my purchase extremely pleased with my experience at freedom Ford. My sales guy was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the vehicles. Excellent experience. Easy and straightforward to deal with. This was not the typical used car buying experience. They went above and beyond in terms of service.
