Having gone in after a trusted referral, this was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle and my experience with Don was fantastic. One of my first visits was to Freedom Ford and I met Don Ross. He was very friendly and took time to discuss the various models and lease versus purchase options available to me. He listened carefully and explained the things in Canada that are different that in the U.S., such as the imperial gallon vs. the U.S. gallon. He showed me various pricing options assuming different features for two models I was considering at the time. I then visited several other dealerships to compare with what Don had shown me at Freedom Ford. In the end I returned to Freedom Ford as I felt the most comfortable with Don and Ford cars and decided to lease from Freedom Ford. Even after the transaction I have gone back to Don with questions about different things and he has made time for me and been very helpful. He helped arrange for my tire change from summer to winter tires, and personally drove my car back to my office when the work was complete. For these and other reasons, I highly recommend Don Ross and Freedom Ford to anyone. More

I have been dealing with Clarence for several years now and his efforts have always been exemplary. I have given a spectacular review for the spectacular service that they have provided. I had gone to another dealer in town and had purchased the same car a few months prior. The car was written off in a service that they have provided. I had gone to another dealer in town and had purchased the same car a few months prior. The car was written off in an accident and in order to purchase a new one, I needed to have the rest of the previous loan paid out. The other dealership owed me about 7000 dollars back and said that it would take a while to get it back. I was more than accommodating and patient with them for the first 2 months. I had kept calling and leaving messages and talking to the finance manager who just seemed very disinterested in helping me and was trying to give me any excuse as to not return the money that was owed. I called and talked to Dan Gilewich of Freedom Ford as I have dealt with him for a few years as a client. He was able to steer me in the right direction and put me in touch with his finance manager who was a great help in giving me some ammo to deal with the other dealer. In the end, the other dealer had offered to transfer some of the remaining money over if I was to purchase another vehicle from them. At this point the damage had already been done and left a really sour taste in my mouth. I had a really bad experience with them right from the start and swore that I would never deal with them again. I have never seen such a lack of customer service. This story gets worse if we go back to the initial purchase back in August. Anyways, after speaking with the very helpful people at Freedom Ford I was able to get an extremely fair deal with no hassle and no BS. They were extremely efficient and accommodating of my needs. After emailing Freedom Ford fairly late on a Sunday evening the last thing I expected was a phone call back within about five minutes of sending. Sure enough my phone rang, I was able to describe exact evening the last thing I expected was a phone call back within about five minutes of sending. Sure enough my phone rang, I was able to describe exactly what we were looking for and Andre helped me arrange for a test drive the very next day. After test driving I went home to think about it. I realized that I actually wanted to go with a different color so I sent a text to Andre telling him I wasn't sure about the color. He then sent me pictures of other colors they had available. I went back in the next day went on a test drive and was sold. Andre was very knowledgable about my vehicle. Explaining all of the options and setting up the bluetooth. He also lent dealer plates so I could go to the registry. I am very happy with my 2013 ford edge and have never experienced such a seamless car buying experience. We will definitely be back in the future. More
