Friendly and Non-Intimidating I'm a first time car buyer (if you ignore a short-term purchase of a beater in Australia) and have been pretty intimidated by the whole buying process I'm a first time car buyer (if you ignore a short-term purchase of a beater in Australia) and have been pretty intimidated by the whole buying process. I's read reviews, gone on test drives, and knew generally what I wanted. What I didn't really know was how to get it without being scared off by pushy sales people. I'd has a couple bad experiences and was wary going to dealerships in person. But then the perfect deal popped up on Freedom Fords website. Battling nerves, I sucked it up and went down there. Right away Sydney put me at ease. He took me right to the car I had in mind without trying to convince me I needed something I didn't. He explained all the bells and whistles and, after going through finance and getting everything signed, even came and got me the next day in his personal vehicle to drive me to the dealership to get my car so I didn't have to take the bus. He's also followed up with me to make sure I'm still happy and answered some of my rather silly first-time car owner questions. I couldn't have asked for more! (Except a free car but let's be realistic!) More

Don beckett Don was very professional, no pressure, took lots of time showing me the in and outs of the 2014 Escape. When i went to see about a new SUV he asked if i would like to take it for a test drive which i did that's what made me decide to buy the 2014 Ford Escape. The ride was better then i thought it would be for a shot wheel base SUV. It handled really wheel, lots of power for a 2 L. Got the color i wanted interior and exterior. He did a great job in locating this SUV for me in a shot time because was going on holidays in a few days, and had sold my F 350 i needed a vehicle. Job well done DON. JOE More

Unexpected delay I'm from out if town and found myself stranded with a flat tire. The nearest service centre I came across was Freedom ford. Walking into their service center I was quickly seated across from Jenn Goodwin whom I found to be extremely efficient. Furthermore, I had great courtesy drivers whom provided great tips and made sure I was taken care of. In particular, one new driver named Dee Dee went above and beyond helping me get to where I needed to be in time. I would definitely recommend Freedom Ford service centre to anyone. More

Honest, Transperent and Knowledgeable My wife and I just leased a Ford Escape from Freedom Ford about a week ago and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. We worked with Don B My wife and I just leased a Ford Escape from Freedom Ford about a week ago and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. We worked with Don Beckett from the Sales team and John Melo and Tim Dromarsky in the finance team and they are the reason we bought from the dealership. Don was honest, patient and knowledgeable from the beginning to the end of the sale. We called in advance and he had the exact color and trim we were looking for set up for a test drive when we got to the dealership. He also walked us through all of our options and didn’t try to get us to add any options that we wouldn’t use or didn’t need. He was also extremely responsive to questions, knew everything there was to know about the car, and made the process very easy. Freedom's finance team was also outstanding. We have been in Canada for less than 2 years so we have not had time to build allot of credit. While many other dealers either ignored us or promised us the world only to deliver a deal that didn’t make sense, John told us up front what to expect, didn’t try to scare or patronize us and delivered a deal that was better than he promised. Tim then explained the agreement and answered our questions about what everything meant down to the penny. The dealership even had the car regsitered for us which saved us time and energy and was a bonus after we agreed to the sale. We had an extremely positive experience with Freedom Ford and would happily recommend them to friends or colleagues. More

I take my Ford Flex into the quick service lube every 8,000km and Clarence has always been most helpful in booking me in when requested and completing the work on time every time. We are moving to Calgary in the fall and I will probably continue to bring my vehicle in for servicing to this dealership as I can't see any other dealer providing this level of service. More
