Good deal I started with an email, Mike responded, we arranged a test drive which I did with Ron and we discussed a deal, I left to try three other deals I was I started with an email, Mike responded, we arranged a test drive which I did with Ron and we discussed a deal, I left to try three other deals I was looking into. Mike called with another car that was available, I went back to see the other vehicle, at which I expressed my desire for the first vehicle, we did the deal. I found Mike and Ron friendly, helpful and no pressure. Ann-Mary was very pleasant and efficient, she set up all the documents for my insurance and plate move. Ron moved my plates for me. The car did require a fix, Mike made arrangements to have it fixed, he drove me home and picked me up when the car was ready. Overall a very good deal. More

Awesome! I saw my jeep on Autotrader and sent an email asking for more information. I was amazed at the prompt reply from Mike Malik. Excellent Service, Friendly Sales Rep Just purchased a 2014 F150 Limited from Ron Koehler. I found Ron to be extremely knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the buying process ( Just purchased a 2014 F150 Limited from Ron Koehler. I found Ron to be extremely knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the buying process (no pressure sales). What made my experience unique was the fact that I was purchasing this truck site unseen as I live in Vancouver so I relied heavily on Ron's experience. I also dealt with Ann-Mary in finance who was able to beat my own bank's preferred rate which was a huge bonus. She was also very friendly and professional and a real pleasure to deal with. When I flew in Thursday morning the truck was completely detailed from top to bottom waiting for my inspection which passed with flying colors. Ron went through the entire truck and explained all the controls in and how to set up everything. I was in and out of the dealership driving away with my truck back to Vancouver in under 45 minutes.
