Awesome! I saw my jeep on Autotrader and sent an email asking for more information. I was amazed at the prompt reply from Mike Malik. He told me more about the vehicle and I decided to come and see it right away. He was waiting for me when I got to the dealership and promptly offered a test drive. That was it, I was sold. We made a deal within an hour and the dealership took care of the rest. It was so simple and fast, I was thrilled and would highly recommend this team of professionals. Excellent Service, Friendly Sales Rep Just purchased a 2014 F150 Limited from Ron Koehler. I found Ron to be extremely knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the buying process ( Just purchased a 2014 F150 Limited from Ron Koehler. I found Ron to be extremely knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the buying process (no pressure sales). What made my experience unique was the fact that I was purchasing this truck site unseen as I live in Vancouver so I relied heavily on Ron's experience. I also dealt with Ann-Mary in finance who was able to beat my own bank's preferred rate which was a huge bonus. She was also very friendly and professional and a real pleasure to deal with. When I flew in Thursday morning the truck was completely detailed from top to bottom waiting for my inspection which passed with flying colors. Ron went through the entire truck and explained all the controls in and how to set up everything. I was in and out of the dealership driving away with my truck back to Vancouver in under 45 minutes. If your looking for a great deal with incredible service from sales to finance...........save yourself the hassle. This is a truly a "ONE STOP" dealership.
